Nicaragua sobre resolución contra nuestro país ante Consejo de Derechos Humanos

SOBRE RESOLUCION CONTRA NUESTRO PAÍS,
ANTE EL CONSEJO DE DERECHOS HUMANOS
DE LAS NACIONES UNIDAS

Excelentísimo Señor Václav Bálek, Presidente del Consejo de Derechos Humanos, de la Organización de Naciones Unidas.
Señoras y señores representantes de los Estados miembros, apreciados Representantes de
Organizaciones Internacionales y Observadores.
El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de Nicaragua, se refiere una vez más, a los ofensivos reportes que esta oficina del Alto Comisionado para las Naciones Unidas, permite sean presentados sobre nuestro País, de forma injusta, irreal e inconsecuente.
Ya hemos manifestado en este Foro, nuestro total rechazo a cualquier tipo de Resolución, que sea parcializada y ajena a los esfuerzos que como País, hemos venido enfrentando, para dar continuidad al proceso de cambios estructurales que garanticen el progresivo avance en el goce y disfrute de los Derechos Humanos de la Nación nicaragüense, así como el desarrollo sostenible en todo nuestro territorio; sin embargo, pese a ello, reportes como los que aquí se presentan, únicamente pretenden, que nuestra Nación, esté sumida a políticas intervencionistas de las grandes potencias imperiales.
Por ello, manifestamos nuestra total inadmisión, rechazo y absoluto desconocimiento, a Resoluciones basadas en campañas mediáticas de desinformación y odio, que intentan sanciones y bloqueos, en detrimento a los principios elementales de los Derechos Humanos, al Derecho Internacional y a la naturaleza de las relaciones respetuosas que deben existir entre los Estados.
Reiteramos que este tipo de Resoluciones se constituyen en agresiones unilaterales, con la única finalidad de lesionar nuestra Soberanía e Independencia; por lo que exigimos, que este Organismo aplique en todas sus actuaciones, el principio de no intervención y de un trato igual para todos los Estados.
Ratificamos, que no aceptamos ninguna Resolución o Reporte, cuyo contenido sea construido con información distorsionada y tomada de fuentes que adversan a nuestro Gobierno, bajo un falso interés hacia nuestro País y su población, cuando lo que realmente contienen dichos reportes es información carente de objetividad y con un marcado sesgo político e injerencista.
No nos cansaremos de reiterar, que en base a la esencia misma de dignidad y sentido de nación del pueblo nicaragüense, como pilares inamovibles y fundamentales; nuestro Gobierno continuará en su lucha incansable por garantizar los derechos fundamentales de todos los nicaragüenses, implementando políticas públicas dirigidas a proteger la vida, la salud, la educación y en general, el bienestar de todo el pueblo, para seguir garantizando Soberanía, Autodeterminación, Paz y Derechos Humanos.

REMARKS BY THE STATE OF NICARAGUA
ON THE RESOLUTION AGAINST OUR COUNTRY,
BEFORE THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL
OF THE UNITED NATIONS

Excellency Mr. Václav Bálek, President of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations Organization.
Ladies and gentlemen representatives of the Member States, esteemed Representatives of International Organizations and Observers.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua, once again, refers to the offensive reports that the office of the United Nations High Commissioner allows to be presented about our Country, in an unfair, unrealistic and inaccurate manner.
We have already expressed, in this Forum, our total rejection of any type of Resolution which is biased and alien to the efforts that as a Country, we have been promoting, in order to give continuity to the process of structural changes which guarantee progressive advancement in the exercise and enjoyment of Human Rights for all the Nicaraguan Nation, as well as sustainable development throughout our territory; however, despite the above, reports like the ones presented here, only aim to submit our Nation to the interventionist policies of the imperial powers.
For this reason, we express our total inadmissibility, rejection and absolute repudiation of Resolutions founded on disinformation and hate-based media campaigns, which endorse sanctions and blockades, to the detriment of the elementary principles of Human Rights, International Law and the nature of respectful relations that should exist between States.
We reiterate that this type of Resolutions constitute unilateral aggressions, with the sole purpose of injuring our Sovereignty and Independence; therefore, we demand that this Organization apply the principle of non-interventionism and equal treatment for all States, in all of its actions.
We ratify that we do not accept any Resolution or Report, the content of which is constructed with distorted information and taken from sources that are adverse to our Government, under false pretenses towards our Country and its population; what these reports really contain is information lacking in objectivity and with a clearly marked political and interventionist bias.
We will not tire in reiterating that based on the very essence of dignity and sense of nationhood of the Nicaraguan People, immovable and fundamental pillars, Our Government will continue its tireless fight to ensure the fundamental rights of all Nicaraguans, implementing public policies aimed at protecting life, health and education, and in general, the wellbeing of all our People; continuing to guarantee Sovereignty, Self-determination, Peace and Human Rights.
