En la ocasión de conmemorar el 63 Aniversario de la Independencia, este 28 de Noviembre, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República Islámica de Mauritania.
En esta fecha de Celebración de Autodeterminación, Soberanía Nacional e Independencia, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
