Nicaragua responde firmemente al Presidente del Consejo de Derechos Humanos de la ONU
La respuesta de Nicaragua surge a raíz de una actualización oral prevista para el 18 de diciembre 2023 sobre la resolución 52/2, titulada “Promoción y Protección de los Derechos Humanos en Nicaragua”.

Estimado Señor Bálek:
Me refiero a su comunicación, dirigida a las Misiones Permanentes de los distintos países ante la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas en Ginebra; en relación a la Resolución 52/2, titulada “Promoción y Protección de los Derechos Humanos en Nicaragua”, donde para el próximo 18 de Diciembre, se hará Actualización Oral de la misma, de la cual usted desde ya, adelanta, que dicha actualización, se basará en informes anteriores del Alto Comisionado.
Al respecto, el Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de Nicaragua, manifiesta también desde ya, su total rechazo a este tipo de mecanismos e informes, que lejos de representar un verdadero interés y defensa de los derechos humanos de nuestro Pueblo, constituyen una atrevida forma de agresión e injerencismo; en contra de la Dignidad de las Familias nicaragüenses, así como de nuestra Soberanía.
Una vez más, estamos siendo testigos, de cómo este Organismo, que ahora usted dirige, manipulan estas “actualizaciones”, con la única finalidad, de cumplir con los esquemas de dominación e injerencismo, de los Países imperialistas, que no ceden en su afán de someter a nuestro País, a sus designios.
Señor Bálek, es nuestro deber recordarle, que estas actualizaciones, SON TOTALMENTE UNILATERALES, SUBJETIVAS y PARCIALIZADAS, no reflejando la realidad de los Derechos Humanos en nuestro País y de los significativos e importantes avances alcanzados, en la garantía de Derechos, como la Salud, Educación, Vivienda, Recreación y otros Derechos necesarios para tener una Vida Digna, Segura y en Paz.
A los vende patrias, que se confabulan con los Imperialistas, no les reconocemos ninguna autoridad moral para manosear y opinar sobre nuestra realidad y menos aún, cuando lo hacen injuriando la grandeza de nuestra historia, nuestra lucha y nuestros logros.
Exigimos respeto para nuestro Pueblo, nuestra Soberanía y nuestro Modelo Político, Económico y Social, porque a nuestro Gobierno le corresponde asegurar con optimismo, contra toda adversidad, el Derecho fundamental de las Familias nicaragüenses, a vivir con Bienestar, desde la Dignidad, la Soberanía y la Autodeterminación, por el Bien Común.

Dear Mr. Bálek:
I will refer to your communication, addressed to the Permanent Missions of the different countries to the United Nations Office in Geneva; in relation to Resolution 52/2, titled “Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in Nicaragua”, where on 18th December, an Oral Update will be held, of which you already anticipate that said update will be based on previous reports from the High Commissioner.
In this regard, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua also expresses, from now on, its total rejection of this type of mechanisms and reports, which, far from representing a true interest and defense of the human rights of our people, they constitute a daring form of aggression and interference; against the dignity of the Nicaraguan families, as well as our sovereignty.
Once again, we are witnessing how this Organization, which you now direct, manipulates these “updates” with the sole purpose of complying with the schemes of domination and interference of the imperialist countries, who do not give up in their desire to subdue our Country to their purposes.
Mr. Bálek, it is our duty to remind you that these updates ARE COMPLETELY UNILATERAL, SUBJECTIVE and PARTIALIZED, they do not reflect the reality of human rights in our country and the significant and important advances achieved to ensure rights, such as health, education, housing, recreation and others, which are necessary to guarantee a dignified, safe and peaceful life.
We do not recognize the traitors who collude with the Imperialists, any moral authority to manipulate and give their opinion on our reality and even less, when they do so by insulting the greatness of our history, our struggle and our achievements.
We demand respect for our people, our sovereignty and our political, economic and social model, because it is up to our Government to ensure with optimism, against all adversity, the fundamental rights of the Nicaraguan families, to live with well-being, from dignity, sovereignty and self- determination, for the common good.
