Hemos seguido con respeto, interés y aprecio de Herman@s Centroamerican@s, el Proceso Electoral que se desarrolló en su Patria este Domingo 4 de Febrero, en el Ambiente de Paz y Tranquilidad, que las Familias Salvadoreñas merecen.
Le felicitamos, a Usted por su Triunfo, a Nuevas Ideas, y a todos los Partidos y Movimientos participantes en las Elecciones Generales, invocando al Altísimo para que derrame Bendiciones abundantes sobre ese querido Pueblo, con el que hemos compartido, y compartimos, tanto.
En Espíritu de Unión Centroamericana, siempre citando a Darío, queremos reiterar nuestra Vocación de Paz y Futuro, creando para nuestros Pueblos las condiciones de Trabajo, Seguridad, Justicia y Vida, que merecemos.
Ante Monseñor Oscar Arnulfo Romero, San Romero de América, que en su martirio supo representar y reivindicar los Derechos de ese Pueblo Heroico, Trabajador y Luchador, ratificamos nuestro Compromiso de trabajar junt@s por el Desarrollo, en Comunidad y Hermandad de Porvenir Compartido, sobre todo conscientes de nuestro pleno Derecho a la Seguridad Soberana, que realzamos como Urgencia Mesoamericana, con el conocimiento y la experiencia que vamos acumulando, entre tanta Lucha y todos los Caminos de Dignidad y Orgullo, Nacional y Centroamericano.

We have followed with respect, interest and appreciation our Central American Brothers and Sisters Electoral Process that took place in your nation this Sunday, February 4, in the At-mosphere of Peace and Tranquility that Salvadoran Families deserve.
We congratulate you on your Triumph, New Ideas and all the other Parties and Movements participating in the General Elections, invoking the Most High to shower abundant Blessings on that beloved People, with whom we have shared, and do share, so much.
In the Spirit of Central American Unity, always quoting Darío, we want to reiterate our Vocation for Peace and a Future creating for our Peoples the conditions of Work, Security, Justice and Life, which we deserve.
Before Monsignor Oscar Arnulfo Romero, Saint Romero of America, who in his martyrdom knew how to represent and vindicate the Rights of that Heroic, Hardworking and Com-bative People, we ratify our Commitment to work together for Development, in Community and Brotherhood of a Shared Future, above all aware of our full Right to Sovereign Security, which we emphasize as a Mesoamerican Urgency, with the knowledge and experience that we are accumulating, between so much Struggle and all the Paths of Dignity and Pride, both National and Central American.
