y de Gobierno del ALBA-TCP

Gracias, Nicolás. Gracias a Chávez, gracias a Fidel, gracias al Pueblo de Cuba, gracias al Pueblo Venezolano, que juntaron Alma y Corazón para que se produjera este Parto Milagroso.
Ya estamos en el Año 20 del nacimiento del ALBA, y dicen, “por sus frutos los conoceréis”, así dice la cita, y todos nuestros Pueblos ya han conocido, han valorado, los frutos del ALBA. Frutos que se multiplicaron de forma realmente extraordinaria, cuando no había bloqueo ni agresiones en contra de la Hermana República Bolivariana de Venezuela, y donde Cuba contribuía… Recuerdo aquel diálogo entre Chávez y Fidel cuando hablaban de la Operación Milagro, y que hasta cuántas operaciones se podrían realizar.
Hoy, en este 20 Aniversario, bueno, no nos acompaña Rafael Correa, era muy beligerante en general, pero no nos acompaña simplemente porque en su Tierra, en su País se impuso un Gobierno fascista. Pero aquí está, como siempre, Chávez presente a través de Nicolás, aquí está Fidel presente a través de Miguel Díaz-Canel, Fidel y Raúl. Decía, aquí están presentes Fidel y Raúl a través de Miguel Díaz-Canel. Están sus Pueblos, el Pueblo de Venezuela, el Pueblo Cubano.
Aquí está también presente nuestro Querido Hermano Philip Pierre, Primer Ministro de Santa Lucía. Gracias, Philip.
Está presente también nuestro Querido Hermano, el Primer Ministro de San Vicente y las Granadinas, Ralph Gonsalves, quien hasta hace poco ocupó la Presidencia de la CELAC, y que nos ha acompañado en los Aniversarios del Triunfo de la Revolución Sandinista, ahí Ralph con sus palabras siempre profundas. Bueno, Ralph, te esperamos, vamos para el 45 Aniversario ahora en Julio, así que te esperamos. A todos los esperamos, a todos los invitamos.
Nuestro Querido Hermano Gaston Browne, Primer Ministro de Antigua y Barbudas; nuestro Querido Hermano Roosevelt Skerrit, de la Mancomunidad de Dominica; nuestro Querido Hermano Joseph Andall, Canciller de Grenada.

Como decía Nicolás, es bueno ya hacer un Plan de Trabajo para poner en práctica las diferentes Iniciativas, y eso le va a tocar a nuestro Querido Compañero Secretario del ALBA. Él trabaja ahí con su Equipo, ellos nos prepararán la Agenda para ir adelante con las diferentes Propuestas que se han presentado de parte de los Delegados del ALBA.
¿Raúl Li Causi es el que trabaja con vos? A Jorge le pregunto. A ellos dos les corresponderá organizarnos el Plan de Trabajo que se desprende de todos los Planteamientos que aquí se han hecho y que tienen que ver con la Lucha por la Paz.
El ALBA es un arma para la Paz; la Unidad de los Pueblos Latinoamericanos y Caribeño, bueno, para la Paz, que estamos en una Batalla donde los Imperialistas de la Tierra tratan de socavar, tratan de minar, tratan de penetrar para destruir la Unidad Latinoamericana.
Ya lo sabíamos. Ya lo sabemos. Pero a los instrumentos que tienen los Imperialistas con el nazi-fascista en Argentina y con el otro nazi-fascista en Ecuador, y otros más que andan ahí rondando, los Pueblos les van a sacar la cuenta, les van a pasar la factura los Pueblos, y más temprano que tarde, el Pueblo Argentino, el Pueblo que vio nacer al Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara, se va a liberar del nazi-fascista.
Mientras tanto, tenemos a Cuba librando la Batalla, una Batalla Heroica. Yo les decía y lo he mencionado en varias ocasiones, que cuando estábamos en la lucha contra la tiranía somocista, por los años 60, se da el Triunfo de Cuba, e inmediatamente Cuba se enfrenta a la Contrarrevolución y se produce la invasión.
Los yanquis ocuparon territorio nicaragüense para entrenar a los mercenarios y luego para embarcarlos, y también llevaron aviones que volaron desde territorio nicaragüense. Pero, por otro lado, había un nicaragüense que se había rebelado contra la tiranía de Somoza, que se había ido a Cuba, era un Piloto, Carlos Ulloa. Este Piloto, con Fidel al frente del destacamento que defendía a la Cuba Revolucionaria, combatió contra los mercenarios, pero fue derribado el avión con el que estaba combatiendo, y unió la Sangre del Pueblo nicaragüense con la Sangre y el Heroísmo del Pueblo Cubano.
Quiero referirme a, entre otros crímenes, delitos de lesa humanidad, violación del Derecho Internacional, cometidos por el Imperio, la ocupación arbitraria de territorio que debe definirse de acuerdo a la Declaración de Argyle del 14 de Diciembre del 2023, que tiene que ver con el territorio que está en negociación con Guyana. Pero la negociación se ve seriamente afectada desde el momento en que le dan concesiones allí a empresas petroleras, y se mueven barcos de guerra de Estados Unidos a la zona, cometiendo un delito, un crimen, más de los que han cometido a lo largo de la Historia.
Compartimos la condena, y ¿qué llamado podemos hacer, diría yo? ¿Cuántos llamados no se han hecho para que cesen las invasiones, las agresiones de los Imperialistas de la Tierra? Porque, atropello sobre atropello, crimen sobre crimen, genocidio sobre genocidio, invasiones, ocupaciones… ¡Bombas atómicas lanzadas! La única Potencia en el Mundo que ha lanzado Bombas Atómicas es el Gobierno norteamericano, los Gobernantes norteamericanos, el Imperio norteamericano.
Y llamados a la Paz, llamados a que cesen las amenazas, llamados a que cesen los bloqueos, y mientras tanto, siguen recrudeciendo las agresiones; mientras tanto el Imperio, de forma totalmente irrespetuosa de la Opinión Mundial y del mismo Pueblo norteamericano y de buena parte del Pueblo de Israel que está en contra de esos crímenes, cuando se vota en Naciones Unidas para que Palestina pase a ocupar su escaño como Estado, hubieron 2 abstenciones, bueno, abstenciones no hacen daño al final de cuentas, pero hubo un voto que es un veto, porque el voto en contra fue de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, negándose a reconocer la existencia del Estado Palestino.
Pero además, acompañando este voto de la aprobación de miles y miles de millones de dólares para continuar la guerra en contra del Pueblo Palestino, y lo que ellos llaman guerra, más bien es genocidio en contra del Pueblo palestino.
Igualmente fondos para Taiwán, fondos para el régimen de Ucrania; es decir, fondos para la muerte, fondos para la guerra. Son sumas, realmente, que lo que hacen es enardecer el Corazón de los Pueblos, enardecer el Corazón del mismo Pueblo norteamericano que pasa necesidades, que tienen también problemas en el orden económico-social.
¿Y qué podemos hacer, qué podemos decir? Sí podemos hacer y podemos decir que, desde el ALBA-TCP en este Día Histórico, lo veo como el momento en que Sandino se reunió con un grupo de obreros, mineros, en una zona minera, y los invitó a dar la Batalla contra los invasores yanquis. Luego, les preguntó cuántos estaban dispuesto a hacerlo, levantaron la mano 29, 30 con él, y ahí se inició el Combate, ahí se inició la Batalla.
Aquí, al igual que Sandino, estamos Pueblos, Naciones, Mujeres, Hombres, Jóvenes, que le decimos a los Imperialistas de la Tierra : ¡Que aquí no se rinde nadie! ¡Que aquí ni nos vendemos, ni nos rendimos! Y que seguiremos dando la Batalla por la Paz y la Unidad de los Pueblos Latinoamericanos y Caribeños, y por los Pueblos del Mundo.

Thank you, Nicolás. Our thanks to Chavez, thanks to Fidel, thanks to the People of Cuba, thanks to the Venezuelan People, who brought their Heart and Soul together so that this Miraculous Birth could take place.
We are now in the 20th Year of the birth of ALBA, and they say“ “By their fruits you will know them”” so the quote says, and all our Peoples have already got to know and have valued, the fruits of ALBA. Fruits that multiplied in a really extraordinary way, when there was no blockade or aggressions against our Sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and to which Cuba contributed… I remember that dialogue between Chávez and Fidel when they were talking about Misión Milagro, and how many operations could be carried out.
Today, on this 20th Anniversary, well, Rafael Correa is not with us, he was very dynamic in general, but he is not with us simply because a fascist government was imposed on his native land, on his Country. But here is, as always, Chávez present via Nicolás, here is Fidel present via Miguel Díaz-Canel, Fidel and Raúl… As I was saying, Fidel and Raúl are present here through Miguel Díaz-Canel. Here are their Peoples, the People of Venezuela, the People of Cuba.
Our beloved Brother Philip Pierre, Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, is also present here. Thank you, Philip.Also present is our beloved Brother, the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves, who until recently held the Presidency of CELAC, and who has accompanied us on the Anniversaries of the Triumph of the Sandinista Revolution, there Ralph with his always profound words. As Nicolás said, it is good to set out a Work Plan to put the different Initiatives into practice, and that is going to be the task of our beloved Compañero ALBA Secretary. Working together with his Team, they will prepare the Agenda for us to go forward with the different Proposals that have been presented by the ALBA Delegates.
Is it Raúl Li Causi the compañero who works with you? I ask Jorge… So it will be up to the two of you to organize the Work Plan following all the Proposals that have been made here and that have to do with the Struggle for Peace.
ALBA is a weapon for Peace; the Unity of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples, really, for Peace, when we are in a Battle where the Imperialists of the Earth are trying to subvert, trying to undermine, trying to infiltrate so as to destroy Latin American Unity.
We knew that already. We know it now. But those instruments that the Imperialists have in the form of the Nazi-fascist in Argentina and the other Nazi-fascist in Ecuador, and others who are circling around, the Peoples are going to pass them the bill, the Peoples are going to bring them to account, and sooner or later, the Argentine People, the People who saw the birth of Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara, are going to free themselves from the Nazi-fascist.
Meanwhile, we have Cuba fighting the Battle, a Heroic Battle. As I was telling you, and as I have mentioned on several occasions, at the time we were in the struggle against the Somoza tyranny, in the 1960s, Cuba triumphed, and immediately Cuba faced the Counterrevolution and the invasion took place. And the Yankees occupied Nicaraguan territory in order to train the mercenaries and then to ship them, and they also used planes flying from Nicaraguan territory. However, on the other hand, there was a Nicaraguan who had rebelled against the tyranny of Somoza, who had gone to Cuba and he was a pilot, Carlos Ulloa. This pilot, with Fidel at the head of the detachments defending Revolutionary Cuba, fought against the mercenaries, and the plane he was fighting with was shot down, and thus he united the Blood of the Nicaraguan People with the Blood and Heroism of the Cuban People.
Among other crimes, I want to refer to, crimes against humanity, violations of International law, committed by the Empire, the arbitrary occupation of territory that should be defined according to the Argyle Declaration of December 14th 2023, which has to do with the territory that is under negotiation with Guyana. But the negotiation has been seriously affected from the moment they gave concessions there to the oil companies, and US warships were moved to the area, committing a crime, another to add to all the others they have committed throughout history.
We share in condemning that, but I would ask, what demand can we make,? How many demands have not been made for the invasions, the aggression of the Imperialists of the Earth to cease? Because, outrage follows outrage, crime follows crime, genocide follows genocide, invasions, occupations… Atomic bombs dropped! The only Power in the World that has dropped Atomic Bombs is the United States Government, the United States Rulers, the United States Empire.
And calls are made for peace, calls for the intimidation to stop, calls for the blockades to stop, and all the time, the aggression continues to intensify; all the time the Empire, in a way totally disrespectful of World opinion and of the United States People themselves and of a good part of the People of Israel who are against these crimes, when the voting at the United Nations was held for Palestine to take its seat as a State, there were 2 abstentions, well, abstentions don’t hurt in the end, but there was one vote with the power of veto, because the vote against was from the United States of America, refusing to recognize the existence of the Palestinian State.
But also, accompanying this vote has been the approval of billions and billions of dollars to continue the war against the Palestinian People, when what they call war is much rather a genocide against the Palestinian People.
Equally funds for Taiwan, funds for the Ukrainian regime; that is to say, funds for death, funds for war. They are amounts of money, which, really, what they do is inflame the hearts of the Peoples, inflame the hearts of the United States’ People themselves who are in need, who also have social and economic problems
So what can we do, what can we say? Yes we can do something and we can say that, from the ALBA-TCP on this Historic Day, I see it as very like the moment when Sandino met with a group of workers, miners, in a mining area, and invited them to give the battle against the Yankee invaders. Back then, he asked them how many were willing to do so, 29 raised their hands, 30 with him, and there the Combat began, there the Battle began.
Here, like Sandino, we are Peoples, Nations, Women, Men, Young People, who say to the Imperialists of the Earth: No one surrenders here! Here we neither sell out, nor surrender! And we will continue to fight the Battle for Peace and Unity among the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples, and for the Peoples of the World.
