MENSAJE DEL GOBIERNO DE RECONCILIACIÓN
Y UNIDAD NACIONAL DE LA REPÚBLICA DE NICARAGUA EN EL XXIV CONSEJO POLÍTICO DE LA ALIANZA BOLIVARIANA PARA LOS PUEBLOS DE NUESTRA AMÉRICA – TRATADO DE COMERCIO DE LOS PUEBLOS (ALBA-TCP)

Tema: Defender la independencia, soberanía, autodeterminación e identidad de los países de la Alianza frente a los intentos de dominación política, económica y digital

Reciban el saludo revolucionario y el especial cariño de nuestro Presidente Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra y nuestra Vicepresidenta, Compañera Rosario Murillo.
Permítanme Nuestro Reconocimiento y agradecimiento a la Hermana República de Bolivariana de Venezuela por su continuo liderazgo en nuestra Combatiente Alianza Bolivariana para los Pueblos de Nuestra América.
La Venezuela de Bolívar, de Chávez, del Hermano Presidente Constitucional de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, quien junto a su Heroico Pueblo sigue enfrentando victorioso todas las agresiones y desestabilizaciones de los agresores imperialistas de siempre.
Nuestro Saludo a la Siempre Combatiente, Luchadora, Solidaria Hermana República de Cuba. La Cuba de Fidel, de Raúl, de Díaz-Canel, del Heroico y Victorioso Pueblo Cubano.
Nuestro Saludo a los Hermanos de los Pueblos del Caribe aquí representados.
Compañeros y Compañeras. La Humanidad se encuentra en momentos críticos. Momentos de parto de una Nueva Historia, de surgimiento de un Nuevo Orden Mundial más Justo, más Colectivo, más Solidario. Y como todo parto, el surgimiento de este Nuevo Orden Mundial, Multipolar, sin hegemonías que se imponen, es duro, es difícil, es doloroso. Son momentos también peligrosos para la Humanidad.
Son Momentos en que los Pueblos Dignos, Libres y Soberanos del Mundo nos enfrentamos a formas, viejas y nuevas, de agresiones.
Los fusiles y cañoneras del pasado hoy renacen en nuevas formas de agresiones, eufemísticamente denominadas sanciones.
Estas ilegales Medidas Coercitivas no son más que una actualización de la vieja Doctrina Monroe y la Política de las Cañoneras.
Son las mismas intervenciones militares y las mismas injerencias perpetuadas por el Imperio Yanque en el Siglo 19 y el Siglo 20 contra los Pueblos Dignos que luchamos por la independencia y la auto-determinación. Que continuamos defendiendo nuestros Caminos, nuestras Culturas, nuestros Proyectos y Modelos de Vida.
Nuestra Solidaridad Militante con la Hermana República Bolivariana de Venezuela, asediada, codiciada y agredida.
Un Pueblo Noble cuyo único pecado ha sido tener una Voz Digna y compartir con los más Pobres y necesitados lo que Dios Todopoderoso les ha entregado por Naturaleza. Un Pueblo, una Revolución comprometida con luchar y defender las Causas Justas en nuestra Región y en el Mundo.
Una Revolución que demostró ante el Mundo una Victoria Popular clara y contundente, frente a la colusión desestabilizadora de las oscuras Fuerzas del Imperio, sus acompañantes del Norte y adláteres locales.
¿Desde cuándo los Pueblos Dignos, Victoriosos tienen que presentar ante autoerigidos procónsules, papeles o actas que certifican esa arrolladora Victoria Popular?
Que aprendan los Imperios que las Revoluciones solo les rinden cuentas a sus Pueblos. La Revolución Bolivariana, a través de sus legítimas Instituciones y de manera soberana e incuestionable, ha presentado los Resultados Victoriosos de su Batalla Electoral ante su Pueblo.
Nuestro Abrazo Solidario y Militante con la Hermana República de Cuba, enfrentada por más de 6 décadas a esa barbarie que es el bloqueo, a la arrogancia imperial de pretender designarla como promotora de terrorismo, cuando Cuba es una de las naciones más amantes y defensoras de la Paz, Promotora del Entendimiento Pacífico, cuya inmensa Solidaridad y Amor al Prójimo es reconocido por los Pueblos de todo el Mundo.
Los Hermanos Pueblos del Caribe, que nacieron luchando desde que fueron perseguidos y diezmados en sus propias tierras o arrancados por la fuerza de sus Comunidades en África hacía estas tierras.
Agredidos y amenazados por medidas financieras, han mantenido su firmeza en el ALBA, que en las difíciles condiciones que enfrentan, es un Espíritu de Lucha y Dignidad que merece ser reconocida de manera especial.
Ante todas estas amenazas, la existencia de la Alianza Bolivariana sigue siendo vital para salvaguardar la Paz y mantener alta y clara la Voz de la Dignidad en Nuestramérica Latina y Caribeña.
El ALBA, el Proyecto más noble que se ha instalado a lo largo de nuestra Historia. Un Proyecto que nació para dar Voz y promover el Bienestar de los empobrecidos, sin ningún tipo de condición. Un Proyecto lleno de Amor, Solidaridad y Complementariedad sigue siendo hoy un fundamental referente de Lucha, Justicia y Solidaridad.
Nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre. La Nicaragua de Sandino, la Nicaragua de la Revolución Popular Sandinista reafirma hoy su invariable compromiso con las Causas Justas y con la Lucha frente a la imposición imperial.
Heredamos de nuestros Antepasados una Historia de Lucha. Nacimos como País luchando por nuestra Independencia y Autodeterminación y continuaremos fieles a esa Herencia luchando por un Mundo Justo.
Reafirmamos hoy que las oscuras Fuerzas de la Tierra no tienen Derecho alguno sobre nuestros Procesos, Sendas y Recorridos de Luz, Vida y Verdad.

Dear Friends, Brothers and Sisters,
Receive revolutionary greetings and the special affection of our President Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra and our Vice President, Compañera Rosario Murillo.
Allow me to offer our Recognition and Gratitude to the Sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for her continued leadership in our Combative Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America.
The Venezuela of Bolívar, of Chávez, of our Brother, Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, who together with his Heroic People continues to face victoriously all the aggressions and destabilizations of the usual imperialist aggressors.
Our greeting to the Always Combative, Steadfast and Solidarity inspired Sister Republic of Cuba. The Cuba of Fidel, of Raúl, of Díaz-Canel, of the Heroic and Victorious Cuban People.
Our greetings to the Brothers and Sisters of the Caribbean Peoples represented here.
Compañeros and Compañeras. Humanity is passing through critical moments. Moments of the birth of a New History, of the emergence of a New World Order that is more Just, more Collective, more Supportive. And like all childbirth, the emergence of this New World Order, Multipolar, without hegemonies being imposed, is hard, it is difficult, it is painful. These are also dangerous times for humanity.
These are moments when the Dignified, Free, Sovereign Peoples of the World are faced with old and new forms of aggression.
The rifles and gunboats of the past are being reborn today in new forms of aggression, euphemistically called sanctions.
These illegal coercive measures are nothing but an update of the old Monroe Doctrine and of gunboat diplomacy.
These are the same military interventions and the same interferences perpetrated by the Yankee Empire in the 19th and 20th century against all our Dignified Peoples who have fought for independence and self-determination and who continue to defend our Paths, our Cultures, our Projects and Ways of Life.
Our militant Solidarity with our Sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, besieged, coveted and attacked.
A Noble People whose only sin has been to have a Dignified Voice and to share with the poorest and neediest what Almighty God has given them by Nature. A People, a Revolution committed to fighting and defending just causes in our Region and in the World.
A Revolution that demonstrated to the world a clear and decisive popular victory, in the face of the destabilizing collusion of the dark forces of Empire, its Northern accomplices and local idolaters.
Since when do Dignified, Victorious Peoples have to present papers or acts certifying their overwhelming popular victory to self-appointed Proconsuls?
Empires need to learn that Revolutions are accountable only to their Peoples. The Bolivarian Revolution, through its legitimate institutions and in a sovereign and unquestionable way, has presented the Victorious Results of its Electoral Contest to its People.
Our Solidarity inspired, militant embrace for our Sister Republic of Cuba, confronting over more than six decades the barbarism of the blockade, along with the imperial arrogance seeking to designate the country as a promoter of terrorism, when Cuba is one of the most loving nations in Defense of Peace, a Promoter of Peaceful Understanding, whose immense Solidarity and Love of Neighbors is recognized by Peoples the whole World over.
Our Brother and Sister Peoples of the Caribbean, who were born in struggle since they were persecuted and decimated in their own lands or else forcibly uprooted from their communities in Africa and brought to these lands.
Attacked and threatened by financial measures, they have remained steadfast in ALBA, which, given the difficult conditions they face, shows Fighting Spirit and Dignity that deserves to be recognized in a special way.
In the face of all these threats, the existence of the Bolivarian Alliance remains vital to safeguard Peace and to ensuring the Voice of Dignity is heard loud and clear in Our Latin America and the Caribbean.
ALBA is the noblest project that has been installed in all our history. A Project that was born to give voice and promote the Welfare of the impoverished, with no conditions. A Project full of Love, Solidarity and Complementarity which remains today a fundamental reference of Struggle, Justice and Solidarity.
Our Nicaragua, Blessed and Forever Free. The Nicaragua of Sandino, the Nicaragua of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, reaffirms today its unchanging commitment to Just Causes and to the Struggle against imperial impositions.
We inherited a history of struggle from our Ancestors. We were born as a Country fighting for our Independence and Self-determination and we will continue faithful to that Heritage striving for a Just World.
We reaffirm today that the Dark Forces of the Earth have no Right whatsoever over our Processes, Ways and Paths of Light, Life and Truth.
