Querido Hermano,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, permítanos expresar nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, así como al Pueblo y Gobierno de la de la República Argelina Democrática y Popular, en la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 67 Aniversario de la Revolución, hoy 1 de Noviembre.
En esta fecha memorable, que celebra la decisiva Victoria del Frente de Liberación de Argelia y el reconocimiento del Derecho a la Auto-determinación y Soberanía Nacional, permítanos reiterar, desde nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre, nuestro compromiso invariable de continuar fortaleciendo las relaciones bilaterales de Respeto, Solidaridad y Mutua Cooperación con el Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de Argelia.
