En el nombre de Dios, El Misericordioso y Compasivo.
En la ocasión
especial de conmemorar el 61 Aniversario del Día Nacional y el 31 Aniversario de la Liberación
del Estado de Kuwait, los días 25 y 26 de Febrero respectivamente,
permítanos expresar las más sinceras Felicitaciones a Su Alteza, a la Honorable
Familia Al-Sabah y al Noble Pueblo y Gobierno del Estado de Kuwait.
En este día histórico en que el Pueblo y Gobierno de Kuwait celebra victorias patrióticas de Libertad, Autodeterminación y Soberanía Nacional, reconocemos los importantes avances de Desarrollo Humano alcanzados bajo su firme Liderazgo.
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos reiterar nuestra invariable voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Fraternidad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
