En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 32 Aniversario del Día de Rusia, este próximo 12 de Junio, nos unimos con Usted, y con el Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de la Federación Rusa, al celebrar las Victorias de la Paz y la Prosperidad y la renovación continua de Voluntades y Compromisos Revolucionarios.
En esta fecha histórica y frente a nuevas amenazas y agresiones imperialistas, sepa, Querido Hermano, que el Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, continuará fortaleciendo los Lazos Históricos de Hermandad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que nos unen con el Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de Rusia.
