Hoy és Miércoles 24 de Abril y estamos, como siempre, en pie de Lucha, esas Luchas Nobles, Valientes, que libramos a diario en Unidad y Fortalecimiento del Bien Común. En Cariño, en Hermandad, Solidaridad. En Trabajo, Seguridad, Alegría y Paz. En Caminos, en Rutas, de Prosperidad.
Anoche viajamos a la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, País y Pueblo Hermano, ese Pueblo del Comandante Eterno, ese Pueblo de Bolívar, de Chávez, de Nicolás, ese País que siempre visitamos con Amor Gigante, ese Amor Gigante que nos tenemos los Pueblos Libres del Mundo… Nuestro Presidente el Comandante Daniel encabezó la Delegación que asiste a la Cumbre de Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno del ALBA-TCP, que reúne a Venezuela por supuesto, que coordina, que preside; a la Heroica Cuba; a Nicaragua Nuestra; a Bolivia, Grenada, Dominica, Antigua y Barbuda, San Vicente y las Granadinas, San Cristóbal y Nieves, y Santa Lucía, en este Año de tantas Luchas, de tantas Batallas, para alcanzar tantas Victorias. Para seguir alcanzando las Victorias desde nuestra Noble Alianza de Solidaridad, Respeto, Hermandad y Complementariedad.
Viajó también nuestro Coordinador de Medios, el Compañero Daniel Edmundo Ortega Murillo; el Asesor, Compañero Rafael Ortega; y Miembros de nuestro Gabinete de Gobierno, que siempre trabajan en coordinación con la Hermana Venezuela… Venezuela Heroica, Noble, Triunfante !
Y bueno, vamos a estar pendientes de la transmisión que hará TELESUR de los Discursos, Mensajes, de los Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno que se congregan allí en Cantos de Paz, Vida y Esperanza.
Cuando nos reunimos los Pueblos Libres del Mundo és para trabajar más y más por la Paz, y por el Mundo, este otro Mundo que ya habitamos, Multipolar, de Asociaciones respetuosas, fructíferas, positivas. Y nos reunimos para celebrar que somos Pueblos Grandes y Libres. Y nos reunimos para continuar trabajando, fortaleciendo ese Mundo que hemos soñado tanto, que estamos haciendo ya realidad, habitándolo con plena propiedad.
Luego también, en San Petersburgo se celebran Encuentros convocados por el Compañero General Nikolái Pátrushev, Secretario del Consejo de Seguridad de la Federación de Rusia. Allá está nuestro Compañero, Asesor Especial del Comandante Daniel, del Presidente, del Pueblo-Presidente, para la relación que crece todos los días, una relación histórica y de respeto, de confianza, de trabajo mutuo, siempre por la Paz en el Mundo que hemos venido creando. Un Mundo distinto. Un Mundo que queremos de Paz y Desarrollo, de Justicia y Verdades Verdaderas. Un Mundo Mejor.
Asiste a la Convocatoria del Secretario del Consejo de Seguridad de Rusia, el General Pátrushev, decíamos, Laureano Ortega, Asesor Presidencial y Representante Especial del Presidente para los Asuntos con Rusia; el Comisionado General Zhukov Serrano, Subdirector de la Policía; el Coronel Álvaro Martín Peña, Segundo Jefe de la Dirección de Información para la Defensa del Ejército de Nicaragua; la Compañera Celia Reyes, Subdirectora General del Instituto Nicaragüense de Telecomunicaciones y Correos (TELCOR), y la Escritora, Compañera Alba Azucena Torres, Embajadora de nuestra Nicaragua ante la Federación de Rusia.
Se han abordado los Temas y Proyectos de nuestra Cooperación Bilateral, sobre todo esa Cooperación que apuesta por un Mundo de Paz y que apuesta por fortalecer Seguridad, de manera que hemos reconfirmado los apoyos mutuos en todos los campos.
Esta Reunión entre Nicaragua, nuestro Pueblo, la Federación de Rusia, el Gran Pueblo Ruso, se dio en el marco de la Doceava Conferencia de Representantes de Alto Nivel para Asuntos de Seguridad, que se realiza en San Petersburgo. Y la Delegación de Nicaragua también ha participado en la III Reunión Multilateral del Grupo de Trabajo que conforma Rusia, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua y Bolivia, reafirmando Posiciones comunes para hacer frente al hegemonismo destructivo de los Estados Unidos y de sus aliados europeos.
Entonces, Compañer@s, también queremos destacar que la participación ha sido plena, está el Ministro del Interior de Cuba, Compañero Lázaro Alberto Álvaro Casas; el Mayor General José Adelino Ornelas Ferreira, Jefe del Estado Mayor de la Comandancia de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana, y el Compañero Hugo Moldiz, Asesor del Presidente de Bolivia. Ahí ha estado el Compañero Laureano Ortega representándonos.
Luego, Compañer@s, también estamos hoy pendientes, decíamos, en primer lugar de los Discursos de los Presidentes que se han dado cita en esa Caracas hermosa. Y hablamos, estamos hablando, adonde vamos hablamos de lo mismo : Cómo fortalecer las Decisiones de Paz, de Diálogo, que nos lleven al Mundo Multipolar Pleno. Estamos ya habitándolo. Un Mundo Pleno, lo queremos Pleno, para trabajar junt@s contra todos los males que los Imperios pretenden seguirnos imponiendo, entre ellos el ignominioso Fascismo. Ese Fascismo, que ha representado millones de millones de víctimas, ultrajadas, y ultrajando a toda la Comunidad Humana con sus postulados segregacionistas, racistas, discriminatorios, criminales y ofensivos para la Dignidad Humana. La Valentía y el Heroísmo de los Grandes Pueblos de la Unión Soviética, les venció, en Mayo del 45. Pronto celebraremos el Aniversario de la Victoria… La Victoria de la URSS, de Rusia, en la Gran Guerra Patria, Victoria sobre el Fascismo, desgraciadamente en remanentes todavía por allí, y debemos seguir luchando para Seguir Venciendo.
En esos Encuentros también hablamos de las agresiones, de defendernos frente a las agresiones, llamadas ficcionalmente Sanciones, que constituyen bárbaras y salvajes Medidas, Unilaterales, Arbitrarias, Ilegales, contra los Pueblos Valientes, que “ni se venden, ni se rinden”. Porque no nos vendemos, ni nos rendimos, y en Fraternal Unidad seguimos luchando para habitar plenamente, decíamos, el Mundo Nuevo y seguir creando el Porvenir de Respeto, Armonía, Soberanías, Seguridad, Justicia y Bienestar para la Familia Humana.
En Naciones Unidas participamos en todos los Encuentros que se realizan, y luego también en la Corte Internacional de Justicia en otros Eventos, en respaldo a las Heroicas Luchas del Pueblo Palestino, enfrentado a la crueldad, al odio y al genocidio del Gobierno de Israel, que increíblemente recibe más apoyo para continuar con esos crímenes de lesa humanidad que impactan a la Comunidad Humana. Porque el Mundo atónito, los Pueblos atónitos, frente a la barbarie, se pronuncia/nos pronunciamos, se manifiesta/nos manifestamos, grita/gritamos, en las calles de tantas Ciudades y en todos los Foros y Organismos, condenando ese apoyo a la masacre, al salvajismo, a la brutalidad, al odio.
Quienes sufrieron el Nazismo en carne propia, y el Fascismo, con millones de millones de víctimas sacrificadas por mentes desquiciadas, delirantes, absurdas, hoy también, increíblemente, son los delirantes, los desquiciados y los absurdos ejecutores, en copia burda, de las atrocidades que ellos mismos sufrieron a manos de quienes hoy les respaldan con armas, municiones e implementos de destrucción masiva, aniquilando la Vida en todas sus formas, y desconociendo campantemente los Derechos Humanos sobre los que tanta alharaca hacen, de mentira en mentira, los patrocinadores de esos crímenes de lesa humanidad.
Y la mentira, y de mentira en mentira, que esgrimen como armas políticas contra los Gobiernos y los Pueblos que ni les sirven, ni se dejan dominar, ni son dóciles. Porque no somos dóciles, no les servimos, no somos sus sirvientes, no nos dejamos dominar, entonces ahí sí les interesa y les conviene hablar de Derechos Humanos, y se hacen los ciegos, los sordos, los mudos, frente al genocidio que a diario transmiten los Medios de Comunicación, que se cometen, que condenamos, como Seres Humanos ofendidos, condenamos el genocidio que se comete contra las Familias y el Pueblo Valiente de Palestina.
El Pueblo, nuestro Pueblo, el Gobierno de Nicaragua, en múltiples Foros y Eventos, defiende a ese Pueblo Hermano y su Derecho a ser reconocido como Estado en sus Tierras, Tierras que les pertenecen por Historia y Memoria, desde Tiempos Bíblicos, y antes. Y en estos días hemos estado en Trinidad y Tobago, como Vicepresidentes del Comité de Naciones Unidas sobre Palestina, siempre en defensa plena y potente de la Justicia, la Razón y el Corazón Sabio y Sensible que debemos presentar como Fundamento de todo lo que reclamamos, de todo lo que exigimos para esas Familias masacradas, ese Pueblo de tantas Lúcidas, Fuertes, Batallas. Allá estuvo en Trinidad y Tobago nuestro Embajador, Compañero Jaime Hermida, representándonos como Vicepresidentes del Comité de Naciones Unidas sobre Palestina.
Otra vez saludamos, y saludamos a las Delegaciones que nos visitan : Una desde el Reino de Arabia Saudita, llegaron ayer, encabezada por el Viceministro del Exterior y el Embajador del Reino de Arabia Saudita concurrente ante nuestra Nicaragua; a la Delegación que nos visita desde la República Popular China, encabezada por el Vicepresidente del Comité Permanente de la Comisión del Partido Comunista de China y Gobernador del Gobierno Popular de la Prefectura de Chuxiong; el Vice-Secretario del Comité Municipal del Gobierno Municipal de Taizhou; y los Directores Generales de las Oficinas de Asuntos Exteriores del Gobierno Popular Municipal de Hanjing. Y desde de la Federación de Rusia, el Director del Departamento Jurídico del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, el Compañero Maksim Musikhin, quien ha estado intercambiando con las Autoridades del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de nuestra Nicaragua.
Además, las Delegaciones de tantos Hermanos que en Nicaragua recibimos con indudable Cariño, esas Delegaciones muestran cómo fortalecemos los Lazos de Amistad Sincera, de Cooperación Respetuosa, de Amor, como Familia Humana. És nuestra Cultura de Paz, de Alegría, de Fé y Seguridad la que se expresa y se manifiesta en el Cariño con que atendemos a todos estos Hermanos de tantas partes del Mundo.

Today is Wednesday, April 24th and we are, as always, on a Combative footing, those Noble, Courageous Struggles that we wage daily in Unity, Strengthening the Common Good. In Love, in Brother and Sisterhood, in Solidarity. Working in Safety, Joy and Peace. On Roads, along Routes, of Prosperity.
Last night we traveled to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, a fraternal Country and People, that People of the Eternal Comandante, that People of Bolívar, of Chávez, of Nicolás, that Country that we always visit with Giant Love, the Giant Love that the Free Peoples of the World have for us… Our President, Comandante Daniel, headed the Delegation attending the ALBA-TCP Summit of Heads of State and Government, which brings together Venezuela, of course, which coordinates it and presides; heroic Cuba; our Nicaragua; Bolivia, Grenada, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia, in this Year of so many Struggles, of so many Battles, achieving so many Victories. Continuing to achieve Victories from our Noble Alliance of Solidarity, Respect, Brother and Ssterhood and Complementarity.
Our Media Coordinator, Compañero Daniel Edmundo Ortega Murillo, also traveled; the Advisor Compañero Rafael Ortega; and Members of our Government Cabinet, who always work in coordination with our Sister Venezuela… Heroic, Noble, Triumphant Venezuela!
And well, we will be watching for the transmission that TELESUR will make of the Speeches, the Messages, of the Heads of State and Government who gather there to Songs of Peace, Life and Hope.
When the Free Peoples of the World come together, it is to work ever more for Peace, and for the World, this other World that we already inhabit, a Multipolar World, of respectful, fruitful, positive associations. And we come together to celebrate that we are Great and Free Peoples. And we are meeting to continue working, strengthening that World that we have dreamed so much and which we are now making a reality, inhabiting it as its rightful owners.
Then, too, meetings convened by Compañero General Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, are being held in St. Petersburg. There is our Compañero Special Adviser to Comandante Daniel, to the President, to the People-President, for a relationship that grows every day, a historical relationship of respect, of trust, of mutual work, always for Peace in the World that we have been creating. A different world. A World we want of Peace and Development, of Justice and True Truths. A Better World.
Attending the meeting called by Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, General Patrushev, as we said, Laureano Ortega, Presidential Adviser and Special Representative of the President for Affairs with Russia with Commissioner General Zhukov Serrano, Deputy Director of the Police; Colonel Álvaro Martín Peña, Second Head of the Information Directorate for the Defense of the Nicaraguan Army; the Compañera Celia Reyes, Deputy General Director of the Nicaraguan Institute of Telecommunications and Post (TELCOR), and the Writer, Compañera Alba Azucena Torres, Ambassador of our Nicaragua to the Russian Federation.
The Issues and Projects of our Bilateral Cooperation have been discussed, especially that Cooperation that is committed to a World of Peace and that is committed to strengthening Security, such that we have reconfirmed mutual support in all fields.
This meeting between Nicaragua, our People, the Russian Federation, the Great Russian People, took place within the framework of the Twelfth Conference of High-level Representatives for Security Affairs, which is being held in St. Petersburg. And the Nicaraguan Delegation has also participated in the Third Multilateral Meeting of the Working Group made up of Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and Bolivia, reaffirming common positions to confront the destructive hegemonism of the United States and its European allies.
So, Compañer@s, we also want to emphasize that the participation has been complete, there is the Minister of the Interior of Cuba, Compañero Lázaro Alberto Álvaro Casas; Major General José Adelino Ornelas Ferreira, Chief of the General Staff of the Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, and Compañero Hugo Moldiz, Advisor to the President of Bolivia. Comrade Laureano Ortega has been there representing us.
Then, Compañer@s, we are also watching today, as we were saying, first of all the Speeches of the Presidents who have gathered in that beautiful Caracas. And we talked and are talking, wherever we go we discuss the same thing: How to strengthen the Decisions of Peace, of Dialogue, that will lead us to a Fully Multipolar World. We are already inhabiting it. A Complete World, we want it to be Complete, working together against all the evils that Empires seek to keep imposing on us, including the ignominious Fascism. That Fascism, which has entailed millions upon millions of victims, offending and outraging the entire Human Community with its segregationist, racist, discriminatory, criminal and offensive postulates against Human Dignity. The Bravery and Heroism of the Great Peoples of the Soviet Union defeated them in May 1945. We will soon celebrate the Anniversary of the Victory… The Victory of the USSR, of Russia, in the Great Patriotic War, Victory over Fascism, unfortunately its remnants abide, and we must keep fighting so as to keep Overcoming.
In those Meetings we also talked about aggression, about defending ourselves against aggression, misleadingly called Sanctions, which in fact constitute barbaric and savage, Unilateral, Arbitrary, Illegal Measures, against Brave Peoples, who “neither sell out, nor surrender.” Because we are not selling out, nor are we surrendering, but rather in Fraternal Unity we continue to struggle so as to inhabit to the fullest, as we said, the New World and to continue creating its Future of Respect, Harmony, Sovereignty, Security, Justice and Well-being for the Human Family.
At the United Nations we participate in all the Meetings that are held, and then also at the International Court of Justice in other Events, in support of the Heroic Struggles of the Palestinian People, faced with the cruelty, hatred and genocide of the Government of Israel, which incredibly receives more support to continue with those crimes against humanity that impact the Human Community. Because the astonished world, the astonished peoples, in the face of such barbarism, speak out as we speak out, demonstrate as we demonstrate, shout out as we shout out, in the streets of so many Cities and in all Forums and Organizations, condemning support for massacre, savagery, brutality, hatred.
Those who suffered Nazism in the flesh, and Fascism, with millions upon millions of victims sacrificed by deranged, delusional, absurd minds, today also, incredibly, are the delusional, the deranged and the absurd executors, grossly copying the atrocities that they themselves suffered at the hands of those who today support them with weapons, ammunition and implements of mass destruction, annihilating Life in all its forms, and blatantly ignoring the Human Rights about which the sponsors of those crimes against humanity boast so much, from one lie to the next.
And those falsehoods, from one lie to the next, they brandish as political weapons against governments and Peoples that neither accept being their servants, nor allow themselves to be dominated, nor are docile. Because we are not docile, we do not serve them, we are not their servants, we do not allow ourselves to be dominated, so with us they take an interest and find it convenient to talk about Human Rights, but they become blind, deaf and dumb in the face of a genocide which the world’s media transmit daily as it is committed, a genocide we condemn, as offended Human Beings, we condemn the genocide that is committed against the Families and the Brave People of Palestine.
The People, our People, the Government of Nicaragua, in multiple Forums and Events, defend that Fraternal People and their Right to be recognized as a State in their Lands, Lands that belong to them by History and Memory, since Biblical Times, and before. And in these days we have been in Trinidad and Tobago, as Vice-Presidents of the United Nations Committee on Palestine, always in full and powerful defense of Justice, Reason and the Wise and Sensitive Heart that we must present as the Foundation of everything we claim, of everything we demand for those massacred Families, that People of so many Lucid, Strong, Battles. Our Ambassador, Comrade Jaime Hermida, was there in Trinidad and Tobago, representing us as Vice-Presidents of the United Nations Committee on Palestine.
Once again too we greet and welcome the various Delegations that visit us: One from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arrived yesterday, headed by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concurrent to our Nicaragua; to the Delegation that visits us from the People’s Republic of China, headed by the Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China Commission and Governor of the People’s Government of Chuxiong Prefecture; the Vice-Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Municipal Government of Taizhou; and the Directors-General of the Foreign Affairs Offices of the Hanjing Municipal People’s Government. And from the Russian Federation, the Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Comrade Maksim Musikhin, who has held exchanges with the Authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our Nicaragua.
In addition, these Delegations of so many Brothers and Sisters whom we receive in Nicaragua with unequivocal Affection, these Delegations show how we strengthen the Bonds of Sincere Friendship, Respectful Cooperation, Love, as a Human Family. It is our Culture of Peace, Joy, Faith and Security that is expressed and manifested in the Affection with which we care for all these Brothers and Sisters from so many parts of the World.
