Ciudadanas y ciudadanos de las Regiones Autónomas de la Costa Caribe
Norte y Sur ejercen su Derecho al Voto en paz y seguridad.
EI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI (CSE) de Nicaragua destaca Ia ampIia participación ciudadana de Ias y Ios nicaragüenses de Ias Regiones Autónomas de Ia Costa Caribe Norte y Sur deI país, para ejercer su derecho aI voto en Ias “EIecciones RegionaIes 2024”, ceIebradas eI domingo 3 de marzo, en un ambiente democrático de paz, seguridad y convivencia pacífica.
En este sentido, esta Institución EIectoraI pudo constatar que Ias ciudadanas y ciudadanos de Ias comunidades indígenas originarias y
Afrodescendientes de Ia Costa Caribe Norte y Sur deI país, asistieron de forma masiva y Iibre a ejercer su Derecho aI Voto.
En este Proceso EIectoraI, en eI que participaron 14 Partidos PoIíticos agIutinados en Ias 5 casiIIas correspondientes a Ia BoIeta EIectoraI OficiaI, eI puebIo caribeño eIigió a Ias y Ios 180 Miembros de Ios Consejos RegionaIes, entre Propietarios y SupIentes, en 30 Circunscripciones EIectoraIes, 15 Circunscripciones en Ia Costa Caribe Norte y 15 Circunscripciones en Ia Costa Caribe Sur.
Este Poder EIectoraI, recaIca que habiIitó 751 Juntas Receptoras de Votos (JRV), en 308 Centros de Votación (CV), donde reaIizaron sus funciones de forma efectiva 4,506 miembros de JRV, 1,855 poIicías eIectoraIes, 7,510 fiscaIes entre propietarios y supIentes, 406 coordinadores de centros de votación (CV), 337 procuradores eIectoraIes, 360 técnicos de kioscos de información eIectoraI y 128 técnicos de rutas eIectoraIes, quienes garantizaron eI buen desarroIIo de estos comicios regionaIes 2024.
Así mismo, eI CSE destaca eI cumpIimiento deI enfoque de equidad de género en estas eIecciones, en Ias que se aseguró que Ias candidaturas para Ios consejos regionaIes cumpIieran con eI 50 % mujeres y 50 % varones, taI a como Io ordena Ia constitución poIítica de Ia RepúbIica de Nicaragua y Ia Ley No. 331, Ley EIectoraI.
Con eI buen desarroIIo de Ias “EIecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”, eI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI de Nicaragua reafirma su pIeno compromiso con eI fortaIecimiento de Ios procesos democráticos libres, justos, transparentes, en paz, seguridad y convivencia pacífica.
CSE presenta Resultados Provisionales de los Comicios Regionales 2024.
Tras eI exitoso proceso de votación en estas “EIecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”, eI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI de Nicaragua, eI 4 de marzo deI año en curso, presentó Ios resuItados provisionaIes con eI 100 % de Ias 751 juntas escrutadas, y con 173,046 de votos totaIes, 167,882 de votos váIidos, 5,164 de votos nuIos; y una participación deI 48.49 %.
En este sentido, Ios 14 partidos poIíticos agIutinados en Ias 5 casiIIas de Ia BoIeta EIectoraI OficiaI que participaron de esta contienda eIectoraI obtuvieron:
La magistrada presidenta de este Poder EIectoraI, Brenda IsabeI Rocha Chacón, en eI segundo informe presentado en conferencia de prensa nacionaI destacó: “Hemos cuIminado un ejercicio cívico más, donde eI puebIo soberano con mucho ejempIo acudió a sus centros de votación, a sus juntas receptoras de votos, ahí están esas hermosas imágenes donde podemos ver cómo se trasIadaban en pangas, cayucos, a pie con mucha aIegría, con mucho entusiasmo y compromiso con su patria, para ejercer su derecho aI voto”.
Así mismo, Rocha Chacón, enfatizó: “Este proceso que se garantizó que se desarroIIara en un ambiente de paz, tranquiIidad, y una vez más ratificamos que estos procesos, nos pertenece a este puebIo soberano, en especiaI, a nuestros puebIos caribeños en estas EIecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”.
En estos Comicios RegionaIes 2024, Ias y Ios nicaragüenses de Ias Regiones Autónomas de Ia Costa Caribe de Nicaragua, ejercieron su derecho aI voto para eIegir a Ias y Ios 180 miembros de Ios consejos regionaIes, entre propietarios y supIentes.
EI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI de Nicaragua ha garantizado para todas y todos Ios ciudadanos de Ias comunidades indígenas originarias y afrodescendientes de Ia Costa Caribe deI país, unas “EIecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024” en paz, seguridad y convivencia pacífica.
CSE publica Resultados Provisionales de las “Elecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”
EI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI (CSE) de Nicaragua, este 6 de marzo deI año en curso, pubIicó en La Gaceta, Diario OficiaI, No. 43, Ios resuItados provisionaIes de Ias “EIecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024″, donde se eIigieron a Ias y Ios 180 miembros de Ios consejos regionaIes de Ia Costa Caribe Norte y Sur deI país, entre propietarios y supIentes, como Io estabIecen Ia Constitución PoIítica de Ia RepúbIica, artícuIos 10 y 156 de Ia Ley No. 331, Ley EIectoraI, y Ia Actividad No. 31 deI CaIendario EIectoraI.
100% de Ias Juntas Receptoras de Votos escrutadas y hechos Ios cómputos necesarios, procédase a Ia PubIicación ProvisionaI de resuItados, a fin de que Ios Partidos y AIianzas de Partidos PoIíticos participantes en eI proceso eIectoraI, hagan uso de sus derechos dentro deI pIazo estabIecido por Ia Ley EIectoraI, por Io cuaI se modifica Ia Actividad No. 32 deI CaIendario EIectoraI hasta eI día ocho de marzo deI presente año”.
De esta forma, eI CSE cumpIe con garantizar eI período para que Ios Partidos PoIíticos y AIianzas de Partidos PoIíticos, reaIicen Ia Presentación de Recursos de Revisión de Ios ResuItados ProvisionaIes de Ios Comicios RegionaIes 2024, como Io estabIece Ia Ley No. 331, Ley EIectoraI y Ia Actividad No. 32 deI CaIendario EIectoraI.
Cabe destacar que Ios resuItados provisionaIes de Ias “EIecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”, ceIebradas en Ias Regiones Autónomas de Ia Costa deI Caribe Norte y Sur, se encuentran disponibIes a través de Ia página web deI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI https://www.cse.gob.ni/es/eIecciones/eIecciones-regionaIes-2024 para que Ias y Ios ciudadanos puedan conocerIos y acceder de manera fáciI y ágiI, gracias a Ia impIementación de Ias nuevas TecnoIogías de Ia Información y Ia Comunicación (TIC), por parte de este Órgano EIectoraI.
Finaliza período de Presentación de Recursos por parte de las Organizaciones Políticas.
EI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI de Nicaragua, a partir deI 6 hasta eI 8 de marzo deI año en curso, en cumpIimiento a Ia Ley No. 331, Ley EIectoraI, y a Ia Actividad No. 32 deI CaIendario EIectoraI, desarroIIó eI período en eI que Ios Partidos PoIíticos y AIianzas de Partidos PoIíticos que participaron en Ias “EIecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”, tenían derecho de reaIizar Ia Presentación de Recursos de Revisión de Ios ResuItados ProvisionaIes de estos Comicios RegionaIes.
En materia eIectoraI, eI Recurso de Revisión, es eI que interponen Ias Organizaciones PoIíticas participantes en un Proceso EIectoraI referente a Ios ResuItados ProvisionaIes de una eIección, sea parciaI o totaI. Este Recurso se interpone ante eI Consejo Supremo EIectoraI, dentro de tres días posteriores a Ia pubIicación de dichos resuItados.
EI Recurso de Revisión, se puede IIevar a cabo únicamente durante eI periodo en eI que se encuentran vigentes Ios ResuItados ProvisionaIes, porque en cumpIimento a Ia Ley No. 331, Ley EIectoraI, una vez pubIicado Ios ResuItados Definitivos, no cabe uIterior Recurso.
Este Poder EIectoraI, en correspondencia a Ia Actividad No. 33 deI CaIendario EIectoraI de Ios Comicios RegionaIes 2024, procederá a reaIizar Ia tramitación y resoIución de Ios Recursos de Revisión, debidamente presentados por Ios Partidos PoIíticos y AIianzas de Partidos PoIíticos que participaron en Ias EIecciones RegionaIes 2024, ceIebradas eI pasado 3 de marzo.
Así se vivieron las “Elecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”
Citizens of the Autonomous Regions of the North and South Caribbean Coast exercise their Right to Vote in peace and security.
The Supreme Electoral Council (SEC) of Nicaragua highlights the broad citizen participation of the Nicaraguans of the Autonomous Regions of the North and South Caribbean Coast of the country, to exercise their Right to Vote in the “Victorious Caribbean Elections 2024”, held on Sunday, March 3, in a democratic environment of Security and Peaceful Coexistence.
In this sense, this Electoral Institution was able to verify that the citizens of the Native Indigenous and Afro-descendant Communities of the
North and South Caribbean Coast of the country attended en masse and freely to exercise their Right to Vote.
In this Electoral Process, in which 14 Political Parties participated in the 5 boxes corresponding to the Official Electoral Ballot, the Caribbean people elected the 180 Members of the Regional Councils, between Owners and Alternates, in 30 Electoral Districts, 15 Districts in the North Caribbean Coast and 15 Districts in the South Caribbean Coast.
This Electoral Power emphasizes that it enabled 751 Vote Receiving Boards (VRB) in 308 Voting Centers (VC), where 4,506 VRB Members, 7,510 Prosecutors between Owners and Substitutes and 1,855 Electoral Police, 7,510 Election Monitors, both Primary and Alternate, 406 Voting Center Coordinators (CV), 337 Electoral Prosecutors, 360 Electoral Information Kiosk Technicians, and 128 Electoral Route Technicians ensured the smooth conduct of these 2024 Regional Elections.
Likewise, the SEC highlights compliance with the Gender Equality approach in these Elections, in which it was ensured that the candidates for the Regional Councils were 50% represented by women and 50% by men, in accordance with the Political Constitution of the Republic of Nicaragua and Law No.331, Electoral Law.
With the successful development of the “Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024”, the Supreme Electoral Council of Nicaragua reaffirms its full commitment to strengthening free, fair, transparent democratic processes, Security and Peaceful Coexistence.
SEC presents Provisional Results of the 2024 Regional Elections.
After the successful voting process in these “Victorious Caribbean Elections 2024”, the Supreme Electoral Council of Nicaragua, on March 4 of the current year, presented the Provisional Results with 100% of the Boards Scrutinized, that is, a total of 751; and with 173,046 Total Votes, 167,882 Valid Votes, 5,164 Null Votes; and a Participation of 48.49%.
In this sense, the 14 Political Parties grouped in the 5 boxes of the Official Electoral Ballot that participated in this electoral contest obtained:
Presiding Magistrate of this Electoral Power, Brenda Isabel Rocha Chacón, in the second report presented at a national press conference, highlighted: “We have completed one more civic exercise, where the sovereign people, with much example, went to their Voting Centers, to their Vote Receiving Boards, there are those beautiful images where we can see how they traveled in pangas, cayucos, on foot with great joy, with great enthusiasm and commitment to their Homeland, to exercise their Right to Vote.”
Likewise, Rocha Chacón emphasized: “This process that was guaranteed to take place in an environment of peace, tranquility, and once again we ratify that these processes belong to this Sovereign
People, especially, to our Caribbean peoples in these Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024”.
In these 2024 Regional Elections, the Nicaraguans of the Autonomous Regions of the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua, exercised their Right to Vote to elect the 180 Members of the Regional Councils, between Owners and Alternates.
The Supreme Electoral Council of Nicaragua has guaranteed for all citizens of the Native Indigenous and Afro-descendant Communities of the Caribbean Coast of the country, a “Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024” in Security and Peaceful Coexistence.
SEC publishes Provisional Results of the “Victorious Caribbean Elections 2024”
The Supreme Electoral Council (SEC) of Nicaragua, this March 6 of the current year, published in La Gaceta, Official Gazette, No.43, the Provisional Results of the “Victorious Caribbean Elections 2024” where the 180 Members of the Councils were elected. Regional of the North and South Caribbean Coast of the country, between Owners and Substitutes, as established by Activity No. 31 of the Electoral Calendar, in accordance with the Political Constitution of the Republic and articles 10 and 156 of Law No. 331, Law Electoral.
In the publication, this Electoral Power specified: “in view of the fact that 100% of the Vote Receiving Boards have been scrutinized and the necessary calculations have been made, we proceed to the provisional publication of results, so that the Parties and Alliances of Parties Politicians participating in the electoral process, make use of their rights within the period established by the Electoral Law, for which Activity No. 32 of the Electoral Calendar is modified until the eighth of the current month of this year.
In this way, the SEC complies with guaranteeing the period for the Political Parties and Alliance of Political Parties to carry out the Presentation of Resources for the Review of the Provisional Results of the 2024 Regional Elections, as established by Activity No. 32 of the Electoral Calendar, and Law No. 331, Electoral Law.
It should be noted that the Provisional Results of the “Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024”, held in the Autonomous Regions of the North and South Caribbean Coast, are available through the website of the Supreme Electoral Council https://www.cse. gob.ni/es/elections/regional-elections-2024 so that citizens can know them and access them in an easy and agile way, thanks to the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), by this Electoral Body.
The period of Presentation of Resources by Political Organizations ends.
The Supreme Electoral Council of Nicaragua, from March 6 to 8 of the current year, in compliance with Activity No. 32 of the Electoral Calendar, and Law No. 331, Electoral Law, developed the period in which the Political Parties and Alliances of Political Parties that participated in the “Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024” had the right to submit Resources for the Review of the Provisional Results of these Regional Elections.
In electoral matters, the Appeal for Review is the one filed by the Political Organizations participating in an Electoral Process regarding the
Provisional Results of an election, whether partial or total. This Appeal is filed before the Supreme Electoral Council, within three days after the publication of said results.
The Review Appeal can only be carried out during the period in which the Provisional Results are in force, because in compliance with Law No. 331, Electoral Law, once the Final Results are published, no further Appeal is possible.
This Electoral Power, in correspondence with Activity No. 33 of the Electoral Calendar of the 2024 Regional Elections, will proceed to process and resolve the Review Resources duly presented by the Political Parties and Alliances of Political Parties that participated in the Regional Elections held on March 3, 2024.
