Boletín informativo edición 7 Elecciones Regionales del Caribe 2024
Campaña Electoral de Comicios Regionales 2024 se desarrolla en Paz.
De conformidad al artículo 74 de la Ley No. 331, Ley Electoral, y Actividades No. 23 y No. 24 del Calendario Electoral, el Consejo Supremo Electoral desarrolla en paz y convivencia pacífica el periodo de Campaña Electoral de los Comicios Regionales 2024, que inició el pasado 9 febrero y concluirá el 28 de este mismo mes.
Durante este periodo los Partidos Políticos y Alianzas de Partidos Políticos de conformidad al artículo 75 de la Ley No. 331, Ley Electoral, además de su propaganda ordinaria podrán hacer uso de los medios de comunicación escritos, televisivos y radiales; así como de aplicaciones digitales, redes sociales, folletos, panfletos, afiches y rótulos con la finalidad de mostrar sus objetivos y planes de trabajo, debiendo esta propaganda electoral identificar al Partido Político o Alianza de Partido Político que lo emita y también prohibiéndose difundir propaganda electoral que sugiera un llamado a la abstención y la violencia.
Cumplimiento de las Leyes de Nicaragua
En ese sentido, este Poder del Estado insta a las Organizaciones Políticas participantes de este Proceso Electoral a cumplir con la Constitución Política de la República de Nicaragua, Ley No. 1040, Ley de la Regulación de Agentes Extranjeros; Ley No. 1055, Ley de Defensa de los Derechos del Pueblo a la Independencia, la Soberanía y Autodeterminación para la Paz; al igual que con las Normas Éticas, Resoluciones, Acuerdos y Normativas, entre otras, emitidas por el Consejo Supremo Electoral.
Esta institución electoral, destaca que se cuenta con el Reglamento de Ética Electoral que regula la Campaña de estos Comicios Regionales 2024, donde se establecen las normas éticas y principios democráticos que deben ser acatados por todas las Organizaciones Políticas, personas naturales y jurídicas participantes de este proceso democrático.
Así mismo, se reafirma que están sujetos al Reglamento de Ética Electoral, propietarios de medios de comunicación, directores, comunicadores sociales, presentadores de programas de comunicación en cualquiera de sus modalidades, funcionarias o funcionarios del Poder Electoral, autoridades y ciudadanía en general.
Con el cumplimiento de la normativa electoral y de las leyes establecidas en la Constitución Política de la República de Nicaragua, se garantiza una Campaña Electoral en un clima de paz, tranquilidad, justicia, tolerancia y convivencia pacífica para las y los ciudadanos de las comunidades Indígenas Originarias y Afrodescendientes de la Costa Caribe de Nicaragua en las próximas “Elecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024” a efectuarse este 3 de marzo.
CSE inicia impresión de las Boletas Electorales.
Una vez que los Partidos Políticos y Alianzas de Partidos Políticos revisaron y aprobaron, el 9 de febrero del año en curso, la muestra oficial de la Boleta Electoral de los Comicios Regionales, el Consejo Supremo Electoral, el 12 de febrero, inició con la impresión de la Boleta Electoral a utilizarse en las “Elecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024”, el próximo 3 de marzo.
Los elementos que contiene la Boleta Electoral son: el logotipo oficial del Consejo Supremo Electoral, el número y nombre de la Circunscripción, número de casilla, siglas, bandera y nombre del Partido Político o Alianza de Partido Político, así como los nombres, apellidos, posición de la o el candidato y si es en Propiedad o Suplencia.
De igual manera, otros elementos esenciales presentes en la Boleta Electoral están referidos con las medidas de seguridad y autenticidad que comprueba su emisión por parte del Consejo Supremo Electoral, lo que garantiza tranquilidad entre todas y todos los participantes.
CSE garantiza unas “Elecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024” Libres, Justas y Transparentes
Las ciudadanas y ciudadanos de los Pueblos Indígenas Originarios y Afrodescendientes de la Costa Caribe de Nicaragua, este próximo 3 de marzo, elegirán de las 30 Circunscripciones Electorales de la Costa Caribe, 15 Circunscripciones Electorales de la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Sur y 15 Circunscripciones Electorales de la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte a los 180 miembros, entre Propietarias, Propietarios y Suplentes, que integrarán los Consejos Regionales de la RACCS y RACCN.
Se elegirán a 3 Miembros Propietarias y Propietarios con sus respectivos Suplentes por cada una de las 30 Circunscripciones Electorales, lo que equivale a 90 Miembros por cada Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe, quienes representarán a sus comunidades correspondientes.
El Consejo Supremo Electoral habilitará 751 Juntas Receptoras de Votos (JRV) en 308 Centro de Votación (CV), y se contará con el acompañamiento de 7,510 fiscales entre Propietarias, Propietarios y sus respectivos Suplentes.
En este sentido, para las “Elecciones Victoriosas Caribe 2024” se contará con el apoyo de la Policía Nacional, Ejército de Nicaragua y Fuerza Naval quienes dispondrán de medios de apoyo al Consejo Supremo Electoral, para contribuir con las condiciones de seguridad y transportación del Material Electoral a utilizarse en las 751 Juntas Receptoras de Votos (JRV).
El Consejo Supremo Electoral garantiza su compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo la democracia, para que las y los ciudadanos de los Pueblos Indígenas Originarios y Afrodescendientes de la Costa Caribe nicaragüense participen de unas Elecciones Regionales Libres, Justas y Transparentes.
The 2024 Regional Elections Campaign is taking place peacefully.
In accordance with Article 74 of Law No. 331, Electoral Law, and Activities No. 23 and No. 24 of the Electoral Calendar, the Supreme Electoral Council is conducting in peace and peaceful coexistence the Electoral Campaign period for the Regional Elections in 2024, which started on February 9 and will conclude on the 28 of this same month.
During this period, the Political Parties and Alliances of Political Parties in accordance with article 75 of Law No. 331, Electoral Law , in addition to their ordinary propaganda, may use the written, television and radio media; as well as digital applications, social networks, brochures, pamphlets, posters and labels with the purpose of showing their objectives and work plans, this electoral propaganda must identify the Political Party or Political Party Alliance that issues it and also prohibiting the dissemination of electoral propaganda that suggests a call for abstention and violence.
Compliance with Nicaraguan Laws
In that sense, this Branch of the State urges the Political Organizations participating in this Electoral Process to comply with the Political Constitution of the Republic of Nicaragua, Law No. 1040, Law on the Regulation of Foreign Agents; Law No. 1055 , Law for the Defense of the People’s Rights to Independence, Sovereignty and Self-determination for Peace; as well as the Ethical Standards, Resolutions, Agreements and Regulations, among others, issued by the Supreme Electoral Council.
This electoral institution highlights that it has the Electoral Ethics Regulations that regulate the Campaign of these 2024 Regional Elections, which establishes the ethical norms and democratic principles that must be complied by all Political Organizations, natural and legal persons participating in this democratic process.
Likewise, it is reaffirmed that the owners of media outlets, directors, social communicators, presenters of communication programs in any of their modalities, officials of the Electoral Branch, authorities and citizens in general are subject to the Electoral Ethics Regulation.
With compliance with the electoral regulations and the laws established in the Political Constitution of the Republic of Nicaragua, an Electoral Campaign is guaranteed in a climate of peace, tranquility, justice, tolerance and peaceful coexistence for the citizens of the Indigenous communities. Natives and Afro-descendants of the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua in the next “Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024” to be held this March 3.
SEC initiates the printing of the Electoral Ballots.
Once the Political Parties and Alliances of Political Parties reviewed and approved, on February 9 of the current year, the official sample of the Electoral Ballot of the Regional Elections, the Supreme Electoral Council, on February 12, began printing of the Electoral Ballot to be used in the “Victorious Caribbean Elections 2024”, next March 3.
The elements contained in the Electo ral Ballot are: the official logo of the Supreme Electoral Council, the number and name of the Constituen cy, box number, acronym, flag and name of the Political Party or Political Party Alliance, as well as the names, surnames, position of the candidate and whether it is Property or Substitution.
Likewise, other essential elements presented in the Electoral Ballot are referred to the security and authenticity measures that verify its issuance by the Supreme Electoral Council, which guarantees peace of mind among all participants.
SEC guarantees Free, Fair and Transparent “Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024”
The citizens of the Indigenous and Afrodescendant Peoples of the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua, this coming March 3, will elect from the 30 Electoral Districts of the Caribbean Coast, 15 Electoral Districts of the Autonomous Region of the Southern Caribbean Coast and 15 Districts Electoral of the Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast to the 180 members, including Owners and Alternates, who will make up the Regional Councils of the Southern and Northern Caribbean Coast.
3 Owner Members with their respective Alternates will be elected for each of the 30 Electoral Districts, which is equivalent to 90 Members for each Autonomous Region of the Caribbean Coast, who will represent their corresponding communities.
The Supreme Electoral Council will enable 751 Vote Receiving Boards (VRB) in 308 Voting Centers (VC), and will be accompanied by 7,510 prosecutors, including Owners and their respective Alternates.
In this sense, for the “Victorious Elections Caribbean 2024” there will be the support of the National Police, Nicaraguan Army and Naval Force who will have means of support to the Supreme Electoral Council, to contribute to the security conditions and transportation of the Electoral Material to be used in the 751 Vote Receiving Boards (VRB).
The Supreme Electoral Council guarantees its commitment to continue strengthening democracy, so that the citizens of the Indigenous and Afro-descendant Peoples of the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast participate in Free, Fair and Transparent Regional Elections.
