Reciban nuestro profundo Reconocimiento al admirable Pueblo Chino, a su Gobierno, a su Presidente Xi Jinping, al Partido Comunista de China, sabiendo que el Futuro lo haremos de mayor Esperanza, Alegría y Prosperidad.
Nos sentimos honrados, contentos, de estar inaugurando una etapa de crecimiento de nuestra Amistad y Hermandad Fraternal y Revolucionaria, este 8 de Diciembre, 9 de Diciembre en China, que consideramos una fecha histórica y trascendente.
Hoy, nuestro Presidente, Comandante Daniel Ortega, nuestra Vicepresidenta, Compañera Rosario Murillo, y a su nombre, mi persona, como Canciller de nuestra Nicaragua Siempre Digna, Soberana y Libre, estamos orgullosos de retomar formalmente los vínculos históricos, las relaciones en todos los niveles, entre la República Popular China, y nuestra Nicaragua.
En momentos complejos como los que vive el Mundo, este acto de singular importancia, és para nosotros una confirmación de nuestros Ideales y Valores Socialistas, Humanistas, Revolucionarios y Evolucionarios, que defendemos en todos los Foros Internacionales, en los que además siempre hemos estado respaldando las Propuestas y Posiciones chinas, para un Mundo Justo, Pacífico, Dialogante, y en Desarrollo Equitativo.
Al celebrar esta Reunión entre Cancilleres de Pueblos Hermanos, nos congratulamos de continuar fortaleciendo nuestras Relaciones en todos los campos : Ciencia, Tecnologías, Educación, Salud, Arte, Cultura, Deportes, Medios de Comunicación, Tecnologías de Comunicaciones e Información, Inversiones, Proyectos, Comercio, Defensa, Seguridad, y todo lo que fomente el Entendimiento, la Comprensión, y nuevos y mayores niveles de Coordinación Fraternal, para continuar librando las Batallas necesarias, indispensables, para un Mundo con Derechos para Tod@s, y con Respeto para las Heroicas Historias y los éxitos y avances de Pueblos Trabajadores, como su Gran Pueblo.
Queremos reconocer la importancia fundamental de los Postulados de Principios y Valores de Política Internacional que la República Popular China presentó al Foro CELAC-China, y que compartimos plenamente :
“Enfatizamos la necesidad del respeto mutuo a la soberanía, la no injerencia en los asuntos internos, la dignidad e integridad territorial de los Estados, su derecho al desarrollo y a contar con sistemas de seguridad social, buscando atender las inquietudes de cada uno de los Estados y persistiendo en la resolución de disputas por medios pacíficos. Rechazamos la amenaza o el uso de la fuerza como medio de resolución de conflictos, así como las medidas coercitivas unilaterales contrarias al derecho internacional y a la Carta de la ONU, que atenten contra la soberanía, estabilidad y autodeterminación de los pueblos. Rechazamos la injerencia en los asuntos internos con el pretexto de cuestiones de minorías étnicas”.
“Creemos que la tendencia general hacia un mundo multipolar, la globalización económica y una mayor democracia en las relaciones internacionales no ha cambiado. Necesitamos instar a la comunidad internacional que fomente un nuevo tipo de relaciones internacionales basadas en el respeto mutuo, la equidad, la justicia y la cooperación de beneficio mutuo y que formen conjuntamente un nuevo orden internacional que sea más justo y equitativo”.
Siempre con profunda admiración, al Partido, a su Presidente, Compañero Xi Jinping, a Usted, Hermano Canciller, a la Magnífica y Creativa Laboriosidad de su Pueblo, y a esa Sociedad contenta y de sencillo Bienestar, que con tanto esfuerzo han venido construyendo.

Receive our profound Recognition for the admirable Chinese People, for your Government, for your President, Xi Jinping and for the Communist Party of China, knowing that we will forge a Future of Greater Hope, Joy and Prosperity.
We feel honored, happy, to be inaugurating a stage of growth of our Friendship and Fraternal and Revolutionary Brotherhood, this 8th December, 9th December in China, which we consider a historic and transcendental date.
Today, our President, Comandante Daniel Ortega, our Vice President, Comrade Rosario Murillo, and I, on their behalf, as Chancellor of our Always Dignified, Sovereign and Free Nicaragua, are proud to formally resume the historical bonds and relations at all levels, between the People’s Republic of China and our Nicaragua.
In these complex moments in which the World lives, this act of singular importance is for us a confirmation of our Socialist, Humanist, Revolutionary and Evolutionary Ideals and Values, which we defend in all International Forums; and where we have also always been supportive of Chinese Proposals and Positions for a Just and Peaceful World of Dialogue and in Equitable Development.
In celebrating this Meeting between Chancellors of Brotherly Peoples, we are pleased to continue strengthening our Relations in all fields: Science, Technologies, Education, Health, Arts, Culture, Sports, Media, Communications and Information Technologies, Investments, Projects, Commerce, Defense, Security and everything that fosters Understanding, Comprehension and new and higher levels of Fraternal Coordination, in order to continue fighting the necessary and indispensable Battles for a World with Rights for All, and with Respect for the Heroic Stories, successes and advances of Working Peoples, like your Great People.
We wish to recognize the fundamental importance of the Postulates of Principles and Values of International Policy that the People’s Republic of China presented at the CELAC-China Forum, and which we fully share:
“We emphasize the need for mutual respect for sovereignty, non-interference in internal affairs, the dignity and territorial integrity of States, their right to development and to have social security systems, seeking to address the concerns of each States and persisting in the resolution of disputes by peaceful means. We reject the threat or use of force as a means of conflict resolution, as well as unilateral coercive measures contrary to international law and the UN Charter, which threaten the sovereignty, stability and self – determination of peoples. We reject interference in internal affairs under the pretext of ethnic minority issues.”
“We believe that the general trend towards a multipolar world, economic globalization and greater democracy in international relations, has not changed. We need to urge the international community to foster a new type of international relations based on mutual respect, equity, justice and mutually beneficial cooperation and t jointly shape a new international order that is more just and equitable.”
Always with profound admiration, to the Party, to your President, Comrade Xi Jinping, to You Brother Chancellor, to the Magnificent and Creative Industriousness of your People and to that happy and humble Society of Wellbeing, that you have been building with so much effort.
