Qué hermosos todos estos días, qué intensos estos días, qué llenos estos días… Llenos de Corazón, llenos de Emoción, llenos de Revolución, llenos de Cantos, de Flores, de Viento, de Luz. Llenos de Nicaragua Bendita, Digna, Soberana, Siempre Libre !
Nuestra Nicaragua, donde brilla hermosa la Paz, donde no se tiñe con sangre de Hermanos nuestras Banderas. Nuestra Bandera Azuliblanco que pretendieron enlodar algunos, nuestra Bandera Rojinegra, Siempre al Viento, Siempre al Frente, Siempre Más Allá, defendiendo el Azul, Blanco y Azul, y defendiendo la Libertad, la Dignidad, la Fraternidad, en esta Nicaragua de Tod@s.
23 de Junio, Día del Padre, otra vez un abrazo a todos los Papás… 23 de Junio, Día de Carlos… Y 23 de Junio y tanto, tanto, tanto que hemos vivido, y que agradecemos a Dios por haber vivido. Somos privilegiad@s de haber vivido momentos tan impactantes, transformadores, evolutivos, de nuestra Historia.
Cuando uno se acerca, cuando va recorriendo estas Fechas Sagradas, és como volver a vivir aquellos momentos que nos forjaron también. Momentos culminantes, pero también momentos de forja, de aprendizaje. Porque bueno, nada nos preparaba para el Triunfo en el sentido de que, sabemos que como Seres Humanos estamos dispuestos a dar la Vida, por la Patria, por el Bienestar, por la Hermandad, pero al mismo tiempo sabemos que ese dar la Vida debe llevarnos a Tiempos Mejores.
Esperábamos el Triunfo de la Revolución, pero much@s Compañer@s no esperaban vivirlo, y para los que vivimos esos días, y después, en nuestra inexperiencia, no esperábamos que la perversión, la maldad, la codicia imperialista se volviera a ensañar en nuestras tierras. Fueron Tiempos de gran aprendizaje…! Y para nosotr@s estos días son días también para Honrar a la Sangre Santa que ha abonado nuestra Nicaragua y nuestro Corazón, y nuestra Convicción, y nuestra disposición de seguir luchando, mientras Dios nos dé Vida, Salud y Fortaleza.
Tiempos para aprender… Todos los Tiempos son para aprender, pero aquellos días, aquella Sangre Santa que caía, que se derramaba, que derramaban los perversos, en todas partes, la criminal, la genocida, la Dictadura nefasta. Aquella Sangre Santa cómo no venerarla hoy, cómo no decirle Gracias a cada un@ de es@s Herman@s y a sus Familias, cómo no sentir que su sacrificio o su entrega debe ser resarcida con más entrega y más disposición a servir a las Familias, a la Patria, para seguir caminando con Heroísmo todos los días.
Porque el Heroísmo tiene múltiples formas… El Heroísmo en las Batallas, el Heroísmo en el Trabajo, el Heroísmo en la Conciencia y la Práctica de Dignidad Nacional, el Heroísmo para reaccionar frente al Odio, con Amor. Y vencer el Odio y vencer la Muerte que hace poco querían imponernos nuevamente, y nos impusieron por un ratito.
Porque siempre en un País, en una Patria como la nuestra, y con un Pueblo como el nuestro, és imposible olvidar de dónde venimos, qué somos, cuál és la Historia que nos hace fuertes, y cómo, de presentarse esos ataques de odio, debemos enfrentarlos, y espantarlos, y extinguirlos, con Amor, Esperanza y Fé.
Eso és lo que hemos vivido y estamos viviendo, un Pueblo Digno, Grande… Cómo nos sentimos de orgullos@s de ser nicaragüenses. Cómo nos sentimos de orgullos@s de ser Patria Libre. Cómo nos sentimos de orgullos@s de ser ese Siempre Más Allá, que todos los días nos hace amanecer Iluminad@s, Bendecid@s, Prosperad@s y en Victorias !
Dios está aquí en esta Nicaragua donde se manifiestan Sus Milagros. Luchar y Vencer, un Milagro. Vencer y Vencer, un Milagro. Este és un País de Fé, de Confianza en el Padre, y de Milagros, y de Portentos, Milagros y Portentos que son el Poder del Pueblo en nuestra Nicaragua. Y somos un Pueblo de Creyentes, de Devoción, en el Dios de Todas las Victorias, el Dios de Amor, el Dios de Paz, el Dios de Misericordia, el Dios de Luz, el Dios de Vida, el Dios de Verdad !
Yo en estas fechas me conmuevo mucho, porque estoy en estos Actos y estoy recordando, que és vivir. Dicen, “recordar és vivir”, siempre y cuando el Pasado no nos paralice, ni los Tiempos buenos, ni los Tiempos menos buenos, porque hay que seguir avanzando. Pero sí uno se fortalece cuando recuerda todo lo vivido en un País como el nuestro, de Sagradas Creencias, Sagradas Prácticas, y de Valentía, Vigor, Gloria sin límites !
Son estos días, y todos los días, para decirle a nuestro Pueblo cuánto nos amamos, porque el Amor se manifiesta luchando, trabajando, y siendo parte de esta Gran Familia nicaragüense, donde estamos convencidos y decididos a mantener, a defender, a resguardar el Tesoro más Grande que és la Paz, y a caminar, paso a paso, luchando, y venciendo la Pobreza.
En estos Tiempos complejos y difíciles que vive el Mundo por tantos conflictos generados, creados por los Imperios, que son el Mal, que son satánicos, que son perversos, que son diabólicos. Pero los Pueblos tenemos cada vez más Conciencia de Libertad y más Conciencia de nuestro Deber de hacer, y hacer el Bien. Y hacer el Bien significa defender nuestros Derechos, el Derecho a vivir tranquilos, seguros, trabajando, estudiando, y sobre todo con condiciones básicas para el Bienestar, para la Prosperidad.
Así que, aquí estamos, hoy 23, honrando a
Carlos, el Fundador, el Visionario, el que supo ver más allá de sus
límites. Esa és una metáfora y al mismo
tiempo un símbolo : Más allá de sus
límites físicos. Porque yo recuerdo
que se decía que Carlos tenía muy limitada
la visión física… Pero qué visión ! Como
Revolucionario, como Militante, como Evolucionario,
un Ser Especial, un Ser irrepetible en muchos aspectos.
Y cuando pensamos en Carlos y rendimos Homenaje a Carlos, decimos, un ejemplo, como ejemplo és nuestro General Sandino. Es que este País está plagado de Seres Milagrosos. Siempre hay que reconocer esa Visión Profética de Sandino, que fue capaz de vislumbrar su rol en este Plano de Vida, sin creerse Especial, sino como un Deber, el Deber de defender la Dignidad de su País, sin nada, con sus manos limpias, un Obrero, un Artesano, un Trabajador. No tenía nada, pero tenía Corazón y Espíritu, Fuerza de Espíritu, eso és lo que tenemos l@s nicaragüenses.
Fuerza de Espíritu genera un Zeledón. Fuerza de Espíritu describe a Andrés Castro. Fuerza de Espíritu define a nuestro General Sandino, que nos la lega, nos la hereda. Fuerza de Espíritu en Carlos ! Todos estos Héroes nuestros, que son Espíritu, van trasladando a un Pueblo que és Especial, esa Fortaleza Especial de Espíritu, que nos define, nos distingue, nos defiende, y nos hace grandes.
Nicaragua será Libre, és Libre, porque tiene Hijos e Hijas capaces de ver con el Corazón, con el Alma, con los Ojos, con la Conciencia; capaces de ver cuál es la tarea en cada momento, para Seguir Adelante, forjando las Luces de Hoy y del Futuro y, sobre todo, garantizando la continuidad de nuestra Gloriosa Historia, Historia de Soberanía, Historia de Dignidad, Historia de Triunfos. Y Vamos por Más Victorias !

How beautiful all these days are, how intense these days, how replete these days… Full of heart, full of emotion, full of revolution, of song and flowers, of breeze and light. Full of a Nicaragua Blessed, with Dignity, Sovereign and for ever Free!
Our Nicaragua, where Peace shines beautifully, where our Flags are not stained with the blood of Brothers and Sisters. our blue and white flag that some tried to besmirch, our red and black flag, always catching the wind, always to the fore, always further on, defending the blue, white and blue, in defense of Freedom, Dignity, Brother and Sisterhood, in this Nicaragua of us all.
June 23rd, Father’s Day, once more a warm embrace to all the Fathers… June 23rd, the Day of Carlos… And June 23rd means so much, so much, so very much that we have lived through, and that we thank God for having lived through. We are privileged to have lived through such striking, transformative, evolutionary moments in our history.
When one has looks more closely, when one goes through these Sacred Dates, it is like reliving those moments that forged us. Moments of fulfillment, but also moments of forging, of learning. Because after all, nothing prepares us for Triumphs, except, in the sense that we know as Human Beings that we are willing to give our lives, for the Nation, for its Well-being, out of Brother and Sisterhood, but at the same time we know that that this offering of our lives must lead us to Better Times.
Times to learn… All times are for learning, but during those days, all the Sacred Blood that was given, that was spilled, that the perverse, criminal, genocidal, nefarious Dictatorship shed, everywhere. How can we not venerate that Sacred Blood today, how can we not give thanks to each of these Brothers and Sister and their Families, how can we not feel that their sacrifice and their dedication must be compensated with ever more dedication and ever more willingness to serve our country’s families, serve our Nation, and to continue making our way with heroism every day.
Because heroism has multiple forms… heroism in battle, heroism at work, heroism in the consciousness and practice of our Nation’s Dignity, heroism reacting with love in the face of hatred. And overcoming that hatred, overcoming the Death they wanted to impose on us once more, not long ago, and which they did impose on us for a little while.
Because always in a Country, in a Nation like ours, and with a People like ours, it is impossible to forget where we come from, what we are, forget the History that makes us strong, and if such hateful attacks occur, how we must face them, and drive them off, extinguishing them with Love, Hope and Faith.
That is what we have lived through and are living through as a great and dignified People… How proud we are to be Nicaraguans. How proud we are to be a free Country. How proud we are to be Always Further Ahead, with every day making us dawn more enlightened, more Blessed, Prosperous and Victorious!
God is present in this Nicaragua where His miracles are manifest. Striving and overcoming, a miracle. To defeat and overcome is a miracle. This is a country of faith, of trust in Our Father, of miracles and portents, miracles and portents that are the Power of the People in our Nicaragua. For we are a People of believers, of devotion to the God of All Victories, the God of Love, the God of Peace, the God of Mercy, the God of Light, the God of Life, the God of Truth!
I feel very moved by these dates, because being present in these anniversary events I remember what it is to be alive. They say, “to remember is to be alive”, so long as the past does not paralyze us, neither the good times, nor the not so good times, because we have to keep moving onward. But one is strengthened when one remembers everything in the life of a Country like ours, of sacred beliefs, sacred practices, and limitless Courage, Vigor and Glory!
These days and every day is for telling our People how much we love each other, because Love manifests itself by striving, working and being part of this great Nicaraguan Family, for whom we are convinced and determined to maintain, defend and safeguard the greatest treasure of all which is Peace, and to make our way, step by step, striving against and overcoming Poverty.
These are complex and difficult times the World is living through, with so many conflicts provoked and created by Empires which are evil, which are satanic, which are perverse, which are diabolical. But more and more the world’s Peoples are aware of Freedom and more aware of our duty to go and do Good. And doing Good means defending our rights, the right to live peacefully, safely, to work and study, and above all with the basic conditions for well-being, for prosperity.
So, here we are, today on the 23rd, honoring Carlos, the founder, the visionary, the one who knew how to see beyond his limitations. That is a metaphor and at the same time a symbol: Beyond physical limits. Because I remember that Carlos was said to have very limited physical vision… But what a vision! As a revolutionary, as a militant, as an evolutionary, special being, in many ways an unrepeatable being.
And when we think of Carlos and we pay tribute to Carlos, we say he is an example, as our General Sandino is an example. It’s simply that this country is full of miraculous beings. And we must always recognize that prophetic vision of Sandino, who was able to glimpse his role in this plane of life, without believing himself to be special, but rather out of duty, the duty to defend his country’s dignity, with nothing, just with his open hands, as a laborer, an artisan, a worker. He had nothing, but he did have heart and spirit, strength of Spirit, and that is what we Nicaraguans have.
Strength of Spirit generated Zeledon. Strength of Spirit describes Andrés Castro. Strength of Spirit defines our General Sandino, who bequeaths it to us, passing it on to us. The strength of Spirit of Carlos! All these our heroes, who are Spirit, transmit to this special People exactly the special strength of Spirit that defines us, distinguishing us and defending us, making us great.
Nicaragua will stay Free and is Free, because it has sons and daughters able to see with their Heart, with their Soul, with both their eyes and their consciousness; able to see what is the given task at each moment, to move onward, lighting the way ahead today and for the future and, above all, ensuring the continuity of our glorious history, a history of Sovereignty, a history of Dignity, a history of Triumphs. And we are going on to even more Victories!
