Nuestra Policía Nacional, en conmemoración de su 44 Aniversario de constitución, dedica este Desfile Policial “Con la Paz, no se juega”, a las Personas, Familias y Comunidades.
Esta tarde desfilamos en honor al legado de nuestros Héroes Nacionales: del General de Mujeres y Hombres Libres Augusto C. Sandino, Rigoberto López Pérez, Comandante Carlos Fonseca Amador, así como del fundador de nuestra Policía Nacional, Comandante Tomás Borge Martínez.
Rendimos homenaje a 522 Herman@s Policías y 42 Herman@s Policías Voluntari@s que durante estos 44 años de Vida Institucional han ofrendado sus vidas en cumplimiento de nuestra misión de proteger a las personas, familias y comunidades, garantizando la Paz y la Seguridad.
Familias nicaragüenses, nuestra Policía Nacional, surgida del seno popular, hoy desfila firme, al lado de nuestro pueblo, orgullosos de nuestro origen, Somos Sandinistas, ratificamos nuestra vocación de servicio, lealtad y obediencia a nuestra Jefatura Suprema Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra y Compañera Rosario Murillo Zambrana.
En este Desfile Policial “Con la Paz, no se juega” participan 34 bloques con 2,320 policías, destacamos la participación de 819 Compañeras Mujeres, en representación de las Especialidades Nacionales, Órganos de Apoyo y Delegaciones Territoriales de la Policía Nacional, 2 bloques de Compañer@s de la Policía Voluntaria “Comandante Julio Buitrago Urroz”.
Desfilamos con 152 medios de transporte asignados para el cumplimiento de nuestra Misión Constitucional de proteger la vida, la integridad física de las personas y sus bienes, prevenir e investigar los delitos y accidentes de tránsito, combatiendo al Crimen Organizado y el Narcotráfico Transnacional.
Herman@s Policías, hoy desfilamos con el compromiso de continuar trabajando por la Paz, la Seguridad y la Tranquilidad de las personas, Familias y Comunidades, fieles a nuestros principios y valores de Patriotismo, Solidaridad, Vocación de Servicio, Espíritu de Cuerpo, Integridad y Equidad de Género, dispuestos a combatir el crimen y los vicios, capaces entregar la vida por amor.

Hoy, como apertura de este Acto, Desfile de la Policía Nacional en su 44 Aniversario, hemos recibido la Antorcha de la Libertad en el 167 Aniversario de la Lucha en Centroamérica contra los invasores yanquis. Y, en esta Antorcha que recorre Centroamérica va el Espíritu del General José Dolores Estrada, va el Espíritu de Andrés Castro, va el Espíritu, el Valor, el Heroísmo de quienes entregaron su Vida por defender a la Patria.

Estos son tiempos de desafíos, de retos, que ponen a prueba la calidad revolucionaria de los que en Nuestraméricalatina y el Caribe en algún momento incluso tomaron las armas para derrocar un Gobierno pro-Imperialista al servicio del Capital y al servicio del Narcotráfico.
Hay quienes se mantienen firmes a lo largo de la Historia, como se han mantenido firmes todos ustedes, Queridos Hermanos de la Policía Nacional, Hermanos del Ejército, Hermanos Sandinistas. Otros caminan un tiempo y cuando las condiciones son adversas, entonces la cobardía los hace renegar, la cobardía, los hace convertirse en Agentes del Imperio yanqui, y los hace traicionar, traicionarse a sí mismos, traicionar a los que dieron la Vida cuando ellos estaban al frente de esos Movimientos Guerrilleros.
Para no ir muy largo, quiero referirme a quien es hoy Presidente de Colombia, sí, fue Guerrillero, increíble, fue Guerrillero y Guerrillero víctima de las campañas de los Gobernantes pro-imperialistas en Colombia, donde a todos los Movimientos Guerrilleros que surgían desde las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias Colombianas, encabezadas por quien nunca retrocedió y murió en combate, el Comandante Manuel Marulanda Vélez, a quien tuve el honor de ponerle en el pecho la Orden Sandino en las montañas de Colombia.
Esos son los imprescindibles. Los otros se convierten en basura y después de luchas que ellos encabezaron, como Petro, donde cayeron muchos Hermanos colombianos en el combate, dando la batalla por Corazón, por Conciencia, por Dignidad.
Bueno, luego Petro se ha convertido en Presidente de Colombia, un Estado al servicio de los yanquis, un Estado que está lleno, está lleno, sí, de bases militares del Imperio yanqui, y Petro decía que él era Antiimperialista cuando estaba luchando con la Guerrilla.
¿Y qué esperás, Petro, para sacar las bases militares de los yanquis de Colombia? Ha traicionado, y los traidores se juntan y ahora como que les picó un chile por lo que dije ayer, una verdad, que los Militares chilenos y los Carabineros han sido asesinos, que asesinaron a todo un Pueblo y todo un Proyecto hace 50 años cuando dieron el Golpe de Estado en contra del Presidente Mártir, Heroico, Salvador Allende. Se han molestado porque dije que son criminales.
Si con el Gobierno de este otro que se dice que viene de la Izquierda, porque lo apoyaron en la lucha electoral Fuerzas de Izquierda, Fuerzas Populares, me refiero al otro, que juraba que iba a castigar a los asesinos de jóvenes, de la Juventud chilena que siempre está dando y ha estado dando la batalla, de los Revolucionarios chilenos que han dado y siguen dando la batalla, porque saben que Chile no es una Democracia.
Chile sigue encadenado a las Leyes que dejó Pinochet, sigue encadenado al Imperialismo, esa es la verdad, y deben aceptarlo. Y la Juventud chilena, las Fuerzas Revolucionarias que mantienen sus Principios lo saben y siguen luchando.
Y esos Carabineros que dice el Gobierno chileno que son ángeles y que son amados por el Pueblo chileno, con el Gobierno del Presidente anterior, con Piñera, entonces pegaba gritos el Presidente actual de Chile, criticando a Piñera y diciendo que si él llegaba al Gobierno lo iba a meter preso y que iba a acabar con los carabineros. ¿Por qué? Porque en el Gobierno de Piñera hubieron más de 9,000 jóvenes reprimidos por los Carabineros en las calles de Santiago y otras Ciudades, que perdieron la vista, quedaron ciegos. Esos son crímenes que no podés tapar Boric, Boric, no podés taparlos Boric. Vos sos un “Pinochetito”, Boris, eso sos vos, un “Pinochetito”.
Y el otro, Petro, una vergüenza, una vergüenza, una vergüenza para los que lucharon en el Movimiento Guerrillero que él encabezó, para los que dieron la Vida en el Movimiento Guerrillero que él encabezó. ¡Ha traicionado esa sangre! ¡Demostrá, Petro, que tenés algo de Dignidad y expulsá y cerrá las bases yanquis que tenés allí en Colombia!
Ese es un Estado fallido, como se dice, donde asesinan todos los días, todos los días asesinan Estudiantes, asesinan Maestros, asesinan Campesinos, todos los días tenemos las noticias de cómo asesinan ahí en Colombia todos los días. Y es un Estado también que está cruzado, claro, están los yanquis ahí, los mayores consumidores de la droga son los yanquis y seguramente hacen negocios también con el tráfico de la droga, porque es un Estado totalmente cómplice del Narcotráfico.
Los yanquis tienen una actitud falsa, hipócrita, en cuanto al combate al narcotráfico y en cuanto al combate al lavado de dinero, porque en Estados Unidos están los mayores Bancos que recepcionan las mayores cifras de miles y miles de millones de dinero de los narcotraficantes, y esos Bancos no los cierra nadie, ni cuando hay denuncia. Entonces, ¿qué hacen? Les ponen una multa.
O sea que hay una combinación de falta de Valores, de falta de Conciencia, de falta de Humanidad, en primer lugar del Imperialismo yanqui, y luego, en segundo lugar, de estos traidores, traidores, traidores, que traicionaron a los Compañeros que dieron la Vida en combate con las Guerrillas que ellos encabezaban. El otro no, el Boric no ha sido Guerrillero, ese lo que es, es un “golillero”, un “golillerito”, el Boric.
Bueno, Querid@s Herman@s nicaragüenses, vamos a recibir a l@s Herman@s de la Policía Nacional en su Desfile, hoy, en el 44 Aniversario de su Fundación. ¡Adelante, General Díaz!

Our National Police, in commemoration of the 44th Anniversary of its Constitution, dedicates this Police Display “Don’t Trifle With Peace”, to individuals, families and communities.
This afternoon we parade in honor of the legacy of our National Heroes: the General of Free Women and Men Augusto C. Sandino, Rigoberto López Pérez, Comandante Carlos Fonseca Amador, as well as the founder of our National Police, ComandanteTomás Borge Martínez.
We pay tribute to 522 brother and sister police officers and 42 brother and sister volunteer police officers who during these 44 years of our institution have given their lives in fulfillment of our mission to protect individuals, families and communities, guaranteeing Peace and Security.
Nicaraguan families, our National Police, emerged from the heart of the People, today it parades firmly, alongside our people, proud of our origin, We are Sandinistas, we ratify our vocation of service, loyalty and obedience to our Supreme Leader Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Compañera Rosario Murillo Zambrana.
In this parade of the police force “Don’t Trifle With Peace” 34 blocks of 2,320 policemen are taking part, we highlight the participation of 819 women compañeras, representing the National Specialties, Support Bodies and Territorial Delegations of the National Police, and 2 blocks of compañeras and compañeros of the Volunteer Police “Comandante Julio Buitrago Urroz”.
We parade with 152 transport units assigned for the fulfillment of our constitutional mission to protect the life and physical integrity of people and their property, preventing and investigating crimes and traffic accidents, combating organized crime and international drug trafficking.
Brothers and Sisters of the Police, today we parade with the commitment to continue working for the Peace, Security and Tranquility of individuals, families and communities, faithful to our principles and values of Patriotism, Solidarity, Vocation of Service, Esprit de Corps, Integrity and Gender Equity, willing to fight crime and vice and disposed to offer their lives out of Love.

Good evening, Nicaraguan brothers and sisters. Today, at the opening of this Event, the National Police Parade on its 44th Anniversary, we have received the Torch of Liberty on the 167th Anniversary of the struggle in Central America against the Yankee invaders. And, together with this Torch traveling through Central America goes the Spirit of General José Dolores Estrada, goes the Spirit of Andrés Castro, goes the Spirit, the Courage, the Heroism of those who gave their lives to defend their Nation.
Beloved brother, Compañero First Commissioner Francisco Díaz, Head of the National Police; beloved brother, Compañero Army General Julio César Avilés Castillo; beloved Brother, Compañero, Doctor Gustavo Porras, President of the National Assembly; beloved brothers, Compañeros Commissioner General Horacio Rocha, Commissioner General Zhukov Serrano; Minister of the Interior, Compañera Amelia Coronel, beloved Compañera, beloved sister; beloved brothers, Major General Bayardo Rodríguez, Chief of the General Staff of the Nicaraguan Army, and beloved sister of the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua, First Secretary of the National Assembly, Loria Dixon.

Beloved Comrade General in Retirement, but giving battle at the international level, leading the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nicaragua, also a fellow guerrilla fighter and combatant in the war of the 1980s, General Denis Moncada Colindres.
Our recognition to the guerrilla and brigade Comandante, our brother René Vivas Lugo. He comes from guerrilla combat and also comes from the defense of the Revolution from the Yankee aggression of the 1980s.

Beloved brother and sister members of the Cabinet of our Government of Reconciliation and National Unity; beloved Members of the National Police Council; beloved brother and sister founders of the National Police; beloved Police Chiefs in honorable retirement; beloved members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Republic of Nicaragua; Defense, Military, Naval, Air and Police Attachés, accredited to the Republic of Nicaragua.

These are times of challenges, of difficulties testing the revolutionary mettle of those who in our region of Latin America and the Caribbean at some point even took up arms to overthrow a pro-imperialist government in the service of Capital, in the service of drug trafficking.
There are those who have stood firm throughout history, as all of you have stood firm, beloved brothers and sisters of the National Police, brothers and sisters of the Army, Sandinista sisters and brothers. Others take part for a while but when the conditions become adverse, then cowardice makes them change sides, cowardice makes them become agents of the Yankee Empire, and makes them betrayers, they betray themselves, betray those who gave their lives when they were leading those guerrilla movements.
Without beating about the bush, I want to refer to the person who is today the President of Colombia, yes, he was a guerrilla, incredibly, he was a guerrilla and a guerrilla victim of the campaigns of the pro-imperialist ruling class in Colombia, among all the guerrilla movements that emerged from the Colombian Revolutionary Armed Forces, headed by someone who never backed down and who died in combat, Comandante Manuel Marulanda Velez, to whom I had the honor of awarding the Order of Sandino in the mountains of Colombia, pinning it on his chest.
Those are the indispensable ones. The others become detritus, after struggles that they led, like Petro, where many Colombian brothers and sisters fell in combat, giving battle out of their heart, their conscience, their dignity.
Well, now Petro has become President of Colombia, a State serving the Yankees, a State that is full, full yes, of military bases of the Yankee Empire, but when he was fighting with the guerrillas Petro said that he was anti-imperialist .
So what are you waiting for, Petro, to get rid of the Yankee military bases in Colombia? He has changed sides, and the turncoats are banding together, now they feel burned as if by a chili pepper after I told the truth yesterday, that the Chilean military and the carabineros have been murderers, that they murdered an entire people and an entire political project 50 years ago when they staged the coup d’état against the Martyr Hero President, Salvador Allende. They’ve become upset because I said they were criminals.
If with the government of this other individual, who is supposed to come from the Left, because Leftist forces, forces of the People supported him in the electoral struggle, I am referring to this other individual, who swore he was going to punish the murderers of young people, of Chile’s Youth who are always giving and have indeed been giving the battle, of the Chilean Revolutionaries who have given and continue to give the battle, because they know that Chile is not a democracy.
Chile is still kept in chains by the laws left behind by Pinochet, it is still chained to imperialism, that is the truth, and they must accept it. And the Chile’s Youth, the revolutionary forces who maintain their principles know this and continue the fight.
And those carabineros whom the Chilean government says are angels and are beloved by the Chilean people, under the government of the previous president, under Piñera, back then the current President of Chile was shouting out, criticizing Piñera and saying that if he came to govern he would put him in prison and that he was going to put an end to the carabineros. Why? Because under the Piñera government more than 9,000 young people were repressed by the Carabineros in the streets of Santiago and other cities, losing their sight, blinded. Those are crimes that you can’t cover up, Boric, you can’t cover it up, Boric. You are a mini-Pinochet, Boric, that’s what you are, a mini-Pinochet.
And the other individual, Petro, what a shame, a disgrace, a shame for those who fought in the guerrilla movement that he led, for those who gave their lives in the guerrilla movement that he led. He has betrayed their blood! Show everyone, Petro, that you have some dignity and expel and close the Yankee bases that you have there in Colombia!
That indeed is a failed state, as they say, where people are murdered every day, students are murdered every day, teachers are murdered, peasants are murdered, every day we hear news of how they are murdered there in Colombia, every day. And it is also a State that is crossed out, of course, since the Yankees are there and the biggest consumers of drugs are the Yankees, no doubt they also do good business out of the drug trade, because it is a State totally complicit in drug trafficking.
The Yankees have a false, hypocritical attitude regarding the fight against drug trafficking and money laundering, because in the United States the biggest banks receive the largest amounts of the billions and billions of dollars from the drug traffickers, but no one closes those banks, not even when there is a law suit against them. What happens? They get a fine.
In other words, there is a combination of a lack of Values, a lack of Conscience, a lack of Humanity, firstly on the part of Yankee imperialism, and then, secondly, from these traitors, sell-outs, turncoats, who betrayed the compañeras and compañeros who gave their lives in combat for the guerrilla forces they led. That other individual has not, that fellow Boric has not been a guerrilla, since after all he is a mini-gorilla, a goriletti that fellow Boric.
Now, beloved Nicaraguan brothers and sisters, we are going to receive our brothers and sisters of the National Police in their parade, today, on the 44th Anniversary of their foundation. Proceed, General Diaz!
