Estimado Primer Ministro,
En la ocasión especial de celebrar el Día de Showa, este próximo 29 de Abril, que honra el Natalicio de Su Majestad Imperial el Emperador Hirohito, deseamos expresar nuestras Más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted y al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno del Estado del Japón.
En estos tiempos de grandes amenazas y desafíos para la Humanidad, la celebración del Día de la Paz Iluminada adquiere particular relevancia, sabiamente invitando al Noble Pueblo Nipón y a todos los Pueblos del Mundo, a reflexionar juntos y a buscar las mejores sendas de la Armonía, el Entendimiento, la Coexistencia Pacífica y la Solidaridad Fraterna.
En celebración de esta fecha tan especial, reiteramos el invariable compromiso del Pueblo y Gobierno de Nicaragua de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad y Cooperación que compartimos con el Pueblo y Gobierno del Japón.
