En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, permítanos transmitir nuestras más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted y al Pueblo del Estado de Japón, por su elección como Primer Ministro, el pasado 4 de Octubre.
Felicitamos al Pueblo de Japón y confiamos en que su País continuará caminando por Sendas de Bienestar, Salud y Desarrollo.
Aprovechamos la ocasión para expresar nuestra voluntad invariable de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Históricos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a Japón y Nicaragua, así como nuestro compromiso de seguir trabajando juntos por un Mundo de Paz y Coexistencia Armoniosa.
