En esta gran ocasión de celebrar el 63 aniversario de la independencia, con aprecio y estima extendemos, nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones.
Nos unimos a ustedes en esta gran celebración que favorece al ser humano Kuwaití como persona íntegra y capaz de aportar a la construcción y al desarrollo de la nación, como uno de los objetivos más nobles de los líderes fundadores, cuya máxima aspiración ha sido que Kuwait alcance el más alto nivel de paz, prosperidad y buen vivir.
En nombre del pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, transmitimos nuestras felicitaciones y sinceros deseos de buena salud y bienestar a su alteza, y a la honorable familia Al-Sabah y al leal pueblo Kuwaití, pidiendo a Dios altísimo que siga bendiciendo y prosperando a su país.
