En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 69º Aniversario de la Revolución, este próximo 1º de Noviembre, permítanos expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República Argelina Democrática y Popular.
En esta fecha memorable e histórica que celebra la decisiva Victoria del Frente de Liberación de Argelia y el Derecho del Pueblo Argelino a ejercer plenamente su Soberanía Nacional, Autodeterminación e Independencia, reiteramos nuestro compromiso invariable de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Fraternos de Respeto, Solidaridad y Mutua Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
