Estimado Señor Canciller,
En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 32 Aniversario de la Reunificación de Alemania, permítanos expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted y a Su Gobierno, y al Hermano Pueblo de la República Federal de Alemania.
En celebración de este día especial, que reivindica el Derecho del Pueblo Alemán de vivir en Unidad y Libertad y en pleno ejercicio de su Derecho a la Autodeterminación y Soberanía Nacional, reiteramos nuestro deseo permanente fortalecer las relaciones de Respeto, Amistad y Cooperación que deben prevalecer entre nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
Reciba nuestro Abrazo Fraterno, con el Cariño y Respeto del Pueblo Nicaragüense para el Hermano Pueblo Alemán.

In celebration of this special day, which vindicates the Right of the German People to live in Unity and Freedom and in full exercise of the Right to Self-Determination and National Sovereignty, we reiterate our enduring aspiration to strengthen the relations of Respect, Friendship and Cooperation that must prevail between our Peoples and Governments.
