En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 70º Aniversario del Triunfo de la Revolución y la Proclamación de la República Democrática Popular Lao, este próximo 22 de octubre, nos enorgullece expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a su Pueblo y Gobierno y al Partido Popular Revolucionario de Laos (PPRL).

En esta fecha histórica de celebración de victorias de Libertad, Autodeterminación y Soberanía Nacional, transmitimos nuestros mejores deseos de Paz, Salud y Bienestar para todas las Familias de la República Democrática Popular Lao, reiterando nuestro invariable compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Fraternos de Amistad, Respeto Mutuo y Solidaridad que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
