En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República Centroafricana, al conmemorar el 65 Aniversario de la Autonomía de Ubangui-Chari, este próximo 1 de Diciembre.
Al celebrar esta fecha histórica de Libertad y Dignidad Soberana, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Fraternos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.

On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, our Most Sincere Congratulations to You and Your Government and to the Brother People of the Central African Republic, as we commemorate the 65th Anniversary of the Autonomy of Ubangui-Chari, this coming 1st of December.
