En el nombre de Dios, el más Misericordioso.
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, permítanos expresar nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted y al Pueblo y Gobierno del Estado de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, en la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 50 Aniversario de la Independencia, este próximo 2 de Diciembre.
Recordamos con mucha alegría esta memorable fecha, en la que hace cinco décadas el Hermano Pueblo de Emiratos Árabes Unidos alcanzó su Independencia.

In the name of God, the Most Merciful.
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, allow us to express our most sincere congratulations to You and to the People and Government of the United Arab Emirates, on the special occasion of commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Independence, this coming 2nd December.
We remember with great joy this memorable date, on which five decades ago, the Brotherly People of the United Arab Emirates achieved its Independence.
