Querido Hermano,
En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 59 Aniversario de la Independencia, este próximo 9 de Octubre, permítanos expresar en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, a su valiente Pueblo y al Gobierno de la República de Uganda.
En celebración de esta Fiesta Nacional, que reafirma el Derecho del Pueblo de Uganda a trazar su propio destino en Libertad, Soberanía y con Autodeterminación, deseamos reiterar nuestra firme voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los lazos históricos de Hermandad, Solidaridad y Mutua Cooperación que nos unen.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, reciba nuestro Abrazo Fraterno, así como el Cariño y Afecto de todas las Familias Nicaragüenses para el Noble Pueblo de Uganda.

In celebration of your National Day, which reaffirms the Right of the Ugandan People to chart their own destiny in Freedom, Sovereignty and Self-determination, we wish to reiterate our firm determination to continue Strengthening the Historical Bonds of Brotherhood, Solidarity and Mutual Cooperation that unite us.
