Mensaje del Presidente-Comandante Daniel, y Compañera Rosario Murillo , a los Pueblos de la Comunidad del Caribe (CARICOM, al conmemorarse el 48 Aniversario de la firma del histórico Tratado de Chaguaramas.

A LOS PUEBLOS DE LA COMUNIDAD DEL CARIBE (CARICOM)
El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua se enorgullece de expresar sus más calurosas felicitaciones a los Pueblos y Gobiernos de la Comunidad del Caribe (CARICOM) que conmemoran este 4 de Julio, el 48 Aniversario de la firma del histórico Tratado de Chaguaramas.
En celebración de este histórico acto de Dignidad, Unidad e Integración Caribeña, nos enorgullece reconocer las Victorias alcanzadas por los Pueblos del Caribe bajo el liderazgo decisivo de los Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno de CARICOM, así como las acciones asertivas que han tomado para afrontar los grandes retos de nuestro tiempo.
El Pueblo de Nicaragua, cuya Identidad se nutre de elementos Indígenas, Afrocaribeños y Mestizo-Europeos, está decidido a seguir fortaleciendo los Lazos de Hermandad y Solidaridad con los Pueblos Hermanos del Caribe y aspira a continuar contribuyendo a forjar un Gran Caribe en el que prevalezca la Paz, la Seguridad, el Desarrollo y el Bienestar, como Brillante Faro y Luz Orientadora.

The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua is proud to express its warmest congratulations to the Peoples and Governments of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) who commemorate on the 4th of July, the 48th Anniversary of the signing of the historic Treaty of Chaguaramas.
In celebration of this historic act of Dignity, Unity and Caribbean Integration, we are proud to recognize the victories achieved by the Peoples of the Caribbean under the decisive leadership of the Heads of State and Government of CARICOM, as well as the assertive actions that they have been taken in addressing the great challenges of our times.
The People of Nicaragua, whose identity is nurtured by Indigenous, Afro-Caribbean and Mestizo-European elements, is determined to continue strengthening the Bonds of Brotherhood and Solidarity with the Brotherly Peoples of the Caribbean, as well as our unwavering aspiration to continue participating in the process of forging a Greater Caribbean in which Peace, Security, Development and Wellbeing, can be our beacon and guiding light.
