En la ocasión especial de conmemorar, este próximo 18 de Diciembre, el 144 Aniversario del Día Nacional, Día del Fundador, que conmemora la unificación de su País en 1878, nos enorgullece expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted y a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo del Estado de Qatar.
En esta fecha solemne y especial rogamos a nuestro Dios Todopoderoso que siga bendiciendo a Su Noble Pueblo y reiteramos nuestra voluntad invariable de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Fraternos de Amistad, Respeto Mutuo, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
