Estimado Señor Presidente,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos expresar nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, al Pueblo y Gobierno de Rumanía, al conmemorar el 103 Aniversario de la Unión de Transilvania, Banat, Crișana y Maramureș con Rumanía y el 32 Aniversario de la Revolución Rumana, este próximo 1° de Diciembre.
En esta importante fecha en la que el Pueblo Rumano celebra su Gran Unión, honrando el sacrificio de sus Héroes que la hicieron posible y su renacimiento como Nación Libre, nos complace extender nuestros mejores deseos de Prosperidad, Bienestar, Paz y Salud.

On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, allow us to express our most sincere congratulations to You, the People and Government of Romania, as you commemorate the 103rd Anniversary of the Union of Transylvania, Banat, Crișana and Maramureș with Romania and the 32nd Anniversary of the Romanian Revolution, this coming 1st December.
