Mensaje de Nicaragua en el Foro Internacional contra el Imperialismo, el Fascismo y la Neocolonización
MENSAJE DEL GOBIERNO DE RECONCILIACIÓN
Y UNIDAD NACIONAL EN EL FORO INTERNACIONAL CONTRA EL IMPERIALISMO, EL FASCISMO Y LA NEOCOLONIZACIÓN EN EL MARCO DE LOS 200 AÑOS DE ANTIIMPERIALISMO “BOLIVAR VS. MONROE”

- Desde Nicaragua Libre, Digna y Soberana Patria del General Sandino y del Poeta Universal Rubén Darío, transmitimos con mucho cariño, amistad y solidaridad losfraternos saludos del Pueblo Nicaragüense, del Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra, Presidente de Nicaragua y la Compañera Vicepresidenta Rosario Murillo al Presidente Nicolas Maduro, al Pueblo Venezolano, a sus Fuerzas Armadas Bolivarianas, a todos los Hermanos, Compañeras y Compañeros de los diferentes países que participan en este encuentro.
- Nicaragua agradece la invitación a participar en este Foro Internacional contra el Imperialismo, el Fascismo y la Neocolonización teniendo como referente 200 años de antimperialismo y el pensamiento, los postulados y la lucha de Bolivar y los pueblos Latinoamericanos y Caribeños por su Libertad, Independencia y Soberanía contra el colonialismo europeo y el imperialismo norteamericano y su Doctrina Monroe puesta en marcha desde 1823.
- Los pueblos originarios de Nuestra América Continental y Caribeña, nuestros ancestros, fueron visibles para el mundo occidental y cristiano mientras nos invadían, nos colonizaban, destruían nuestra cultura, la cosmovisión de nuestros aborígenes y cometían uno de los mayores genocidios de la Historia de la Humanidad, arrasando a millones de seres humanos y extrayendo sus valiosos minerales con los que se enriquecieron las potencias occidentales.
- El imperialismo, fascismo y el neocolonialismo han continuado de forma permanente con sus políticas criminales, inhumanas y de robo descarado de los recursos naturales, en contra de la Humanidad. El hermano Pueblo Palestino, los pobladores de Gaza son el mas reciente hecho de salvajismo imperial hegemónico. Nuestra solidaridad militante con el Pueblo Palestino y nuestra condena al genocidio y la ocupación del imperialismo Mundial y el Gobierno de Israel.
- Los Caciques, los Jefes de Tribus de nuestras comunidades y pueblos originarios se rebelaron contra los conquistadores, los colonizadores de la época que también se enriquecieron secuestrando a pueblos africanos que convirtieron en esclavos y objeto de comercio y Haití se rebeló, se liberaron los pueblos africanos esclavizados con la Revolución por la liberación de la esclavitud en Haití.
- El imperialismo, que nació de la política colonial y se enriqueció a través de la explotación laboral y de la usurpación de las materias primas del mundo, intenta mantener su dominio a través del hegemonismo unipolar, agresiones como las Medidas Coercitivas Unilaterales y la guerra, intentando destruir la Paz, la Seguridad y la estabilidad de los pueblos y naciones.
- En una dinámica multilateralista los Pueblos dignos experimentamos que el imperialismo genera dependencia, desigualdad y pobreza, por lo que avanzamos, en diálogo compartido, cooperativo y solidario, en la lucha contra el imperialismo, el fascismo y la neocolonización, como hoy lo estamos haciendo aquí en Venezuela y cada uno de nuestros pueblos en sus respectivos países.
- Las llamadas “prácticas neocoloniales contemporáneas” contienen la misma esencia y raíces de los métodos empleados por las potencias avasalladoras del pasado, adaptadas a las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación; el control sobre el sistema financiero y comercial internacional; los avances militares y la instrumentalización de las Instituciones globales de Desarrollo y Derecho Internacional.
- Desde 1823 con su llamada doctrina Monroe, Estados Unidos ha mantenido su política injerencista y agresora, falsa moral, atribuyéndose por sí mismo ser el juez y fiscal de los pueblos del mundo y potencia hegemónica mundial.
- Simón Bolívar, el Gran Libertador de América se pone al servicio de los oprimidos y Jura romper las cadenas del imperio dominante y generador de miseria en nuestra Patria El pensamiento y la acción Bolivariana es la antítesis de la Doctrina Monroe diseñada por el Gobierno de Estados Unidos para dominar y apoderarse de nuestra América y el Mundo. Sandino en Nicaragua en plena lucha contra la agresión militar norteamericana en la década de los 20 y 30 del siglo pasado, elaboró el Plan del Supremo Sueño de Bolivar en su visión de lucha por la Soberanía y la Dignidad Nacional de Nicaragua, logrando derrotar a los invasores norteamericanos.
- Unidos solidariamente somos capaces de vencer al Imperialismo, el Fascismo y la Neocolonización que asesinan, que matan a millones de Seres Humanos en el Mundo y evitar que los Estados Unidos y sus aliados de la OTAN continúen convirtiendo al nazismo formalmente en Estados como Ucrania e Israel.
- Para nuestra América al Sur del Río Bravo, el imperio supremacista del Norte, generó con su política y Doctrina Monroe la agresión permanente contra nuestros países y la expandió a todo el mundo hasta la actualidad, convirtiendo el militarismo y la industria militar en factores prioritarios de su economía.
- Su Diplomacia está en función de la agresión y el dominio hegemónico unipolar. Las agresiones, invasiones y robo de los recursos de los países son visibles en los diferentes continentes de este planeta, acompañado de guerras psicológicas, colonización cultural, ideológica y sociales, como parte de su doctrina geopolítica expansionista.
- Ante esas realidades nuestros pueblos luchan, resisten y vencen. En el marco de estas luchas, el Gobierno del FSLN que dirige el Comandante Daniel y la Compañera Rosario, con la misma convicción y principios con que Cuba y Venezuela se desvincularon de la OEA, nosotros nos desvinculamos este 19 de Noviembre de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA), que ha sido y es el instrumento del poder norteamericano para implementar su Doctrina Monroe en América y en todo el Mundo. Nicaragua ya no es miembro de esta Organización subordinada al imperio norteamericano y contribuimos así en esta lucha contra el imperialismo, el fascismo, la neocolonización y por un nuevo orden internacional, justo equitativo, respetuoso y multipolar.
- Unidos y en solidaridad internacional nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos Progresistas y Revolucionarios continuamos venciendo.

OF ANTI-IMPERIALISM “BOLIVAR VS. MONROE”

- Compañeras, Compañeros;
- Participating delegations;
- From Nicaragua, the Free, Dignified and Sovereign Nation of General Sandino and the Universal Poet Rubén Darío, we convey with great affection, friendship and solidarity fraternal greetings from the Nicaraguan People, from Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra, President of Nicaragua and Compañera Vice President Rosario Murillo to President Nicolas Maduro, to the Venezuelan People, to their Bolivarian Armed Forces, to all the Brothers and Sisters, Compañeras and Compañeros of the different countries participating in this meeting.
- Nicaragua is grateful for the invitation to participate in this International Forum against Imperialism, Fascism and Neocolonization, taking as a reference 200 years of anti-imperialism and the thought, postulates and struggle of Bolívar and the Latin American and Caribbean peoples for their Freedom, Independence and Sovereignty against European colonialism and North American imperialism and their Monroe Doctrine enunciated in 1823.
- The original peoples of Our Continental and Caribbean America, our ancestors, were visible to the Western and Christian world all the time they invaded us and colonized us, destroying our culture and the worldview of our original peoples, thus committing one of the greatest genocides in the history of Mankind, wiping out millions of human beings and extracting their valuable minerals with which the Western powers enriched themselves.
- Imperialism, fascism and neocolonialism have relentlessly continued their criminal, inhuman policies of blatant theft of natural resources, against all humanity. The brotherly Palestinian People, the inhabitants of Gaza are the latest act of hegemonic imperial savagery. Our militant solidarity with the Palestinian People and our condemnation of the genocide and occupation by global imperialism and the Government of Israel.
- The Caciques, the Tribal Chiefs of our communities and native peoples, rebelled against the conquerors, the colonizers of the time who also enriched themselves by kidnapping African peoples who became slaves and objects of trade until Haiti rebelled and the enslaved African peoples were liberated with the Revolution for the Liberation from Slavery in Haiti.
- Imperialism, which was born from colonial policy and enriched itself through labor exploitation and the usurpation of the world’s raw materials, tries to maintain its dominance through unipolar hegemony, aggression such as Unilateral Coercive Measures and war, trying to destroy the Peace, Security and stability of Peoples and of Nations.
- In a multilateral dynamic, our Dignified Peoples find that imperialism generates dependence, inequality and poverty, such that now we are making progress, in shared, cooperative and solidarity-oriented dialogue, in the struggle against imperialism, fascism and neocolonization, as we are doing today here in Venezuela, each of our peoples in their respective countries.
- The so-called “contemporary neocolonial practices” contain the same essence and roots of the methods used by the dominating powers of the past, adapted to the new information and communication technologies; control over the international financial and commercial system; military advances and the instrumentalization of the global institutions of Development and International
- Since 1823 with its so-called Monroe Doctrine, the United States has maintained its interventionist and aggressive policy, its false moral authority, making itself a hegemonic world power and the judge and prosecutor of the Peoples of the world.
- Simón Bolívar, the Great Liberator of America put himself at the service of the oppressed and swore to break the chains of the dominant empire and generator of misery in our Great Patriotic Nation. Bolivarian thought and action is the antithesis of the Monroe Doctrine designed by the United States Government to dominate and take over our America and the World. Sandino in Nicaragua in the midst of the struggle against the US military aggression in the 20s and 30s of the last century, elaborated the Plan of the Supreme Dream of Bolívar in his vision of struggle for the Sovereignty and National Dignity of Nicaragua, managing to defeat the US invaders.
- United in solidarity, we are able to defeat the Imperialism, Fascism and Neo-colonization that are killing millions of Human Beings in the World and to prevent the United States and its NATO allies from formally normalizing the Nazism of states like Ukraine and Israel.
- For our America South of the Rio Grande, the supremacist Northern empire, with its Monroe Doctrine policies, engaged in permanent aggression against our countries and expanding it to the whole world up to the present day, turning militarism and the military industry into priority sectors of its economy.
- Its diplomacy is based on aggression and unipolar hegemonic dominance. The aggressions, invasions and theft of the resources of the countries are visible in the different continents of this planet, accompanied by psychological warfare along with cultural, ideological and social colonization, as part of its expansionist geopolitical doctrine.
- Faced with these realities, our peoples struggle, resist and overcome. Within the framework of these struggles, the FSLN Government led by Comandante Daniel and Compañera Rosario, based on the same conviction and principles with which Cuba and Venezuela disassociated themselves from the OAS, we too disassociated ourselves this November 19th from the Organization of American States (OAS), which has been and is the instrument of United States power for implementing its Monroe Doctrine in America and throughout the world. Nicaragua is no longer a member of this Organization subordinated to the North American empire and thus we contribute in this struggle against imperialism, fascism, neocolonization and for a new international order, one that is just, equitable, respectful and multipolar.
- United and in international solidarity, our Progressive and Revolutionary Peoples and Governments continue to overcome.
