Estimado Hermano,
En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 76 Aniversario de la Independencia, el próximo 14 de Agosto, expresamos con orgullo, en nombre del Pueblo y del Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República y en el nuestro propio, la Más Sincera Felicitación a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Pueblo Hermano de la República Islámica de Pakistán.
En esta fecha histórica y solemne, que celebra las Victorias de la Libertad de Autodeterminación, la Soberanía Nacional y la Independencia, reconocemos el legado perdurable de Quaid-eAzam y Baba-i-Qaum Muhammad Ali Jinnah y el Patriotismo del Pueblo Pakistaní; al tiempo que reiteramos nuestro firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Fraternales de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
