En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el Día del Estado, este próximo 15 de Febrero, que marca el 219 Aniversario del Primer Levantamiento de la Revolución Serbia en 1804 y el 188 Aniversario de la Constitución de Sretenje en 1835, permítanos expresar nuestras Más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted y a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República de Serbia.
En esta fecha histórica y memorable, llena de Patriotismo, Dignidad y Orgullo Nacional, reiteramos desde nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre, nuestro compromiso invariable de continuar fortaleciendo las relaciones de Amistad, Respeto Mutuo y Cooperación, que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
