Querido Hermano,
Nos unimos en Hermandad Fraterna con Usted, Su Pueblo y Su Gobierno y con el Congreso Nacional Africano (ANC), al celebrar con júbilo el 28 Aniversario del Día de la Libertad, este próximo 27 de Abril.
En este día histórico, Día de la Libertad, celebramos el legado perdurable de tantos Hermanos y Hermanas que lucharon incansablemente y con gran valentía para derrotar el perverso régimen del Apartheid y los flagelos del racismo, la discriminación y la injusticia que oprimían al Hermano Pueblo de Sudáfrica.
Felicitamos al ANC por la victoria alcanzada en esas Primeras Elecciones Libres del Pueblo de Sudáfrica que permitió a nuestro Querido Hermano Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, asumir la Presidencia.
Con el Respeto, Reconocimiento y Cariño del Pueblo y Gobierno de Nicaragua, reiteramos nuestra Firme Voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Históricos y Revolucionarios de Hermandad y Solidaridad Fraterna que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos, y al Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional (FSLN) con el Congreso Nacional Africano (ANC).

Dear Brother,
We join You, Your People and Your Government and the African National Congress (ANC) in Fraternal Brotherhood, as we joyfully celebrate the 28th Anniversary of Freedom Day, this coming 27th April.
On this historic day, Freedom Day, we celebrate the enduring legacy of so many Sisters and Brothers who fought tirelessly and with great courage to defeat the evil Apartheid regime and the scourges of racism, discrimination and injustice that oppressed the Brotherly People of South Africa.
We congratulate the ANC for the victory achieved in those First Free Elections of the People of South Africa that allowed our Dear Brother Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela to assume the Presidency.
With the Respect, Recognition and Affection of the People and Government of Nicaragua, we reiterate our Steadfast Determination to continue strengthening the Historical and Revolutionary Bonds of Brotherhood and Fraternal Solidarity that unite our Peoples and Governments, and the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) with the African National Congress (ANC).
