En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos expresarle nuestras más cálidas Felicitaciones a Usted y al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de la República de Yibuti, por su reelección como Presidente, en las Elecciones celebradas el pasado Viernes 9 de Abril.

En esta memorable ocasión, el Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua desea expresar su firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad y Solidaridad entre nuestras Naciones.
