Compañeros y Hermanos :
Al conmemorar la República Árabe Siria y el Pueblo Hermano de ese Gran País, la Independencia que tanto sacrificio costó hasta 1946, hacemos llegar a Ustedes, a las Familias, y a toda esa Nación Hermana, nuestros más efusivos saludos, en la Fraternidad de los Pueblos que luchamos defendiendo nuestra Soberanía e Integridad.
Reconocemos las batallas libradas por Ustedes, y con Usted al frente, Compañero Bashar al-Asad, para defender su Territorio y esta Independencia que conquistaron hace ya 77 años, de todas las formas de terrorismo, incluyendo por supuesto el infame terrorismo de Estado, que tan bien hemos conocido, denunciado y expulsado de nuestra Nicaragua Bendita.
Que estas fechas conmemorativas continúen inspirando a su Pueblo, que tanta admiración despierta en el Mundo entero, por la Fuerza y Convicción que surge de su Historia y Culturas, aportes fundamentales al Patrimonio de la Humanidad.
Como Herman@s en Batallas decisivas para defender el Derecho que tenemos a vivir en Paz, con Dignidad, Seguridad y Prosperidad, les abrazamos y reiteramos nuestra invariable y creciente Solidaridad.

As the Syrian Arab Republic and the Brotherly People of that Great Country commemorate, the Independence that cost so much sacrifice until 1946, we extend to You, to the Families and to all that Brotherly Nation, our most effusive greetings, in the Fraternity of Peoples that fight to defend our Sovereignty and Integrity.
We recognize the battles You have waged and with You at the forefront, Comrade Bashar al-Asad, in defense of your Territory and this Independence that you achieved 77 years ago, from all forms of terrorism, including of course the infamous State terrorism, which We have known all so well, denounced and expelled from our Blessed Nicaragua.
May these commemorative dates continue to inspire your People, who have awaken so much admiration throughout the world, with the Strength and Conviction that arises from its History and Cultures, fundamental contributions to the Human Heritage.
As Brothers and Sisters in decisive Battles to defend the Right we have to live in Peace, with Dignity, Security and Prosperity, we embrace you and reiterate our unwavering and growing Solidarity.
