En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 29 Aniversario de la Independencia, este 24 de mayo próximo, nos enorgullece expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más cálidas Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo del Estado de Eritrea.
En esta fecha histórica y memorable, que celebra el Derecho del Pueblo de Eritrea a Vivir en Paz y Prosperidad, ejerciendo plenamente los Derechos Inalienables de La Libertad, Autodeterminación, Soberanía Nacional e Independencia; el Pueblo y Gobierno de Nicaragua reitera su permanente voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los lazos comunes de Fraternidad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
