Al cumplirse este 4 de Abril 63 Años de la Independencia de la República Hermana de Senegal, queremos extenderles a Ustedes, con nuestro Cariño, Respeto y Admiración para su Pueblo y su Cultura, un Saludo de Felicitación desde nuestros Lazos históricos de Amistad y Solidaridad.
Nunca olvidaremos los días especiales del Año 2007, cuando durante nuestra visita a su País, pudimos conocer más de su Espíritu Luchador y de su afamada Literatura y Arte que con tanto orgullo representa el Hermano Léopold Sédar Senghor, cuya magnífica obra constituye un Legado para el Patrimonio de Senegal y de la Familia Humana.
En nuestros Corazones estará siempre la honrosa y victoriosa Experiencia de Vida-en-Lucha de ese Pueblo Hermano.
