Su Majestad,
Al conmemorar, el próximo 18 de Diciembre, el 143 Aniversario del Día Nacional, Día del Fundador, que conmemora la unificación de su País en 1878, nos enorgullece expresar nuestras más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, al Pueblo y Gobierno del Estado de Qatar.
En esta fecha tan especial, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos reiterar nuestra voluntad invariable de continuar fortaleciendo nuestros Lazos Fraternos basados en el Respeto Mutuo, Solidaridad y Cooperación.
Rogamos a nuestro Dios Todopoderoso que siga bendiciendo a Su Noble Pueblo y acompañe sus esfuerzos para promover la Paz, la Prosperidad y el Bienestar.
