Nicaragua saluda el Día Nacional de Austria

Al conmemorar, este próximo 26 de Octubre, el Día Nacional de Austria y el 66 Aniversario de la Declaración de la Neutralidad Permanente, permítanos transmitir nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, al Pueblo y al Gobierno de la República de Austria.
Reconocemos el
liderazgo decisivo y acertado que condujo al Consejo Nacional
y al Pueblo
Austriaco a la aprobación de la Constitución Política de
1955, permeado por el compromiso irrestricto con la Promoción de
la Paz y la adhesión a los Principios Fundamentales del Derecho
Internacional, destacando la decisión soberana de no admitir la
instalación de bases militares en su territorio
nacional; no suscribir alianzas militares de ningún
tipo; permanecer neutral ante los conflictos; y
garantizar la inviolabilidad del territorio austríaco.
Por las razones anteriores, el Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, reitera su voluntad invariable de continuar fortaleciendo los lazos bilaterales de fraternidad, solidaridad y cooperación que nos unen con el Pueblo y Gobierno de Austria.

As you commemorate Austrian National Day and the 66th Anniversary of the Declaration of Permanent Neutrality, this coming 26th October, allow us to convey our most sincere congratulations to You and to the People and Government of the Republic of Austria.
We recognize the decisive and successful leadership
that guided the National Council and
the Austrian People to approve the Political Constitution of 1955, which is permeated by an
unrestricted commitment toward the Promotion of Peace and
adherence to the Fundamental Principles of International Law,
highlighting the sovereign decision to not
admit the installation of military
bases in your national territory; not subscribe
military alliances of any kind; remain neutral in the face of
conflict; and guarantee the inviolability of the Austrian territory.
For the above reasons, the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, reiterates its unwavering commitment to continue strengthening the bilateral relations of fraternity, solidarity and cooperation that unite us with the People and Government of Austria.
