En la especial ocasión de conmemorar el 56º aniversario de la independencia, este próximo 12 de marzo, permítanos expresar las más cálidas felicitaciones del pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, para el hermano pueblo y gobierno de la República de Mauricio.
En esta histórica fecha, que rememora el patriotismo, autodeterminación y soberanía nacional del pueblo mauriciano, nos complace reiterar nuestro deseo de continuar fortaleciendo los lazos de hermandad, amistad y cooperación que unen a nuestros pueblos y gobiernos.
