Nicaragua sobre resolución contra nuestro país ante Consejo de Derechos Humanos
PALABRAS DEL ESTADO DE NICARAGUA,
SOBRE RESOLUCION CONTRA NUESTRO PAIS,
ANTE EL CONSEJO DE DERECHOS HUMANOS
DE LAS NACIONES UNIDAS
Excelentísimo Señor Václav Bálek, Presidente del Consejo de Derechos Humanos, de la Organización de Naciones Unidas.
Señoras y Señores Representantes de los Estados Miembros, apreciados Representantes de Organizaciones Internacionales y Observadores.
El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de Nicaragua, manifiesta una vez más y con firmeza, su total rechazo a este tipo de mecanismos e informes, que lejos de representar un verdadero interés y defensa de los Derechos Humanos de nuestro Pueblo, constituyen una atrevida forma de agresión e injerencismo; en contra de la Dignidad de las Familias nicaragüenses, así como de nuestra Soberanía.
Una vez más, estamos siendo testigos, de cómo este Organismo, que ahora usted dirige, manipulan estas “actualizaciones”, con la única finalidad, de cumplir con los esquemas de dominación e injerencismo, de los países imperialistas, que no ceden en su afán de querer someter a nuestro País, a sus designios.
Por ello, manifestamos nuestra total inadmisión, rechazo y absoluto desconocimiento, a Resoluciones basadas en campañas mediáticas de desinformación y odio, que intentan sanciones y bloqueos, en detrimento a los Principios elementales de los Derechos Humanos, al Derecho Internacional y a la naturaleza de las relaciones respetuosas que deben existir entre los Estados.
Señor Bálek, es nuestro deber recordarle, que estas actualizaciones, son totalmente Unilaterales, Subjetivas y Parcializadas, no reflejando la realidad de los Derechos Humanos en nuestro País y de los significativos e importantes avances alcanzados, en la garantía de Derechos, como la salud, educación, Vivienda, Recreación y otros, necesarios para tener una Vida Digna, Segura y en Paz.
Exigimos respeto para nuestro Pueblo, nuestra Soberanía y nuestro Modelo Político, Económico y Social, porque a nuestro Gobierno le corresponde asegurar con optimismo y contra toda adversidad, el Derecho fundamental de las Familias nicaragüenses, a vivir con Bienestar, desde la Dignidad, la Soberanía y la Autodeterminación, por el Bien Común; implementando Políticas Públicas dirigidas a proteger la Vida, la Salud, la Educación y en general, el Bienestar de todo el Pueblo, para seguir garantizando Soberanía, Autodeterminación, Paz y Derechos Humanos.

MESSAGE FROM THE STATE OF NICARAGUA ON THE RESOLUTION AGAINST OUR COUNTRY, BEFORE THE UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL
Your Excellency Mr. Václav Bálek, President of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations.
Ladies and gentlemen, representatives of the Member States, dear Representatives of International Organizations and Observers.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua, once again, firmly expresses its total rejection of this type of mechanisms and reports, which, far from representing a true interest and defense of the human rights of our people, they constitute a daring form of aggression and interference; against the dignity of the Nicaraguan families, as well as our sovereignty.
Once again, we are witnessing how this Organization, which you now direct, manipulates these “updates” with the sole purpose of complying with the schemes of domination and interference of the imperialist countries, who do not give up in their desire of wanting to subdue our country to their purposes.
For this reason, we express our total inadmissibility, rejection and absolute repudiation against Resolutions that are based on media campaigns of misinformation and hatred, with the intention of sanctions and blockades, to the detriment of the elementary principles of Human Rights, International Law and the nature of respectful relationships that must exist between States.
Mr. Bálek, it is our duty to remind you that these updates are totally Unilateral, Subjective and Partialized, they do not reflect the reality of human rights in our country and the significant and important advances achieved to ensure rights, such as health, education, housing, recreation and others, which are necessary to guarantee a dignified, safe and peaceful life.
We demand respect for our people, our sovereignty and our political, economic and social model, because it is up to our Government to ensure with optimism and against all adversity, the fundamental rights of the Nicaraguan families, to live with well-being, from dignity, sovereignty and self-determination, for the common good; implementing public policies aimed at protecting the life, health, education and in general, the well-being of all our people, to continue guaranteeing Sovereignty, Self- determination, Peace and Human Rights.
