En las Reuniones que ha sostenido hoy por la mañana, los Representantes de Instituciones han abordado los temas que teníamos para la Agenda tratada el día de ayer, y quiero destacar que, reconocemos que hay una voluntad de parte suya, de parte del Pueblo de Irán, de fortalecer las relaciones con Nicaragua. Todos los temas que abordamos anoche fueron hoy temas de Agenda en las Reuniones Bilaterales, y como resultado encontramos la voluntad suya, la voluntad de Irán, de avanzar en todos estos temas, avanzar en todos estos puntos.
Esto ha permitido que se hayan acordado tres Memorándums Base: El Primer Memorándum de Entendimiento, que es el Memorándum Base de estos pasos que vamos a seguir desarrollando, es el que tiene que ver con la creación de la Comisión Mixta Intergubernamental, para la cooperación económica, comercial y el intercambio científico-técnico entre los Gobiernos de la República de Nicaragua y de la República Islámica de Irán.
Un Segundo Memorándum que ha sido ya acordado, ya ha sido firmado, es el que tiene que ver con el tema de los Poderes de Justicia, es decir, de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la República Islámica de Irán y de Nicaragua.
Y un Tercer Memorándum tiene que ver con las medicinas, equipos y suministros médicos de laboratorios y farmacéuticos, entre el Ministerio de Salud y Educación Médica de la República Islámica de Irán y el Ministerio de Salud de la República de Nicaragua.
Aquí estamos hablando de una Agenda que pasa por la creación de la Comisión Mixta entre Irán y Nicaragua, y que tiene una ruta que es el acercamiento de nuestros Pueblos, de nuestras Instituciones, en beneficio del desarrollo en el campo económico, en el campo comercial, en el intercambio científico-técnico, etc. O sea, son temas muy sensibles para las Familias, para el Pueblo, para los Trabajadores, para el Desarrollo.
También se trabajó una Minuta para ir intercambiando información y trazándonos un camino que nos permita establecer relaciones entre Irán y Nicaragua dentro del marco de un Acuerdo de Libre Comercio.
Bueno, aquí estamos hablando ya de un resultado de esta visita suya, que alienta lógicamente y fortalece las relaciones entre nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
Otro tema que abordamos ayer por la noche, con usted y sus Ministros, también ha sido tratado el día de hoy, y son temas que habrá que seguir desarrollando, en tanto tengamos pendiente una visita de nuestros Representantes frente a esos temas, a Irán, para darle continuidad a crear las condiciones que permitan ejecutar Acuerdos.
Nosotros estamos y quedamos totalmente claros, sobre estos puntos, que existe toda la voluntad de Irán de que caminemos en favor de los temas que están planteados, pero tenemos que crear las condiciones para que se puedan ejecutar estos Acuerdos. Y para esto es que se planteó en las Comisiones que esperarían una Delegación de Nicaragua para abordar estos temas allá en Irán.
Así que nosotros estaríamos listos para enviar la Delegación en cuanto ya establezcamos fechas, acordemos fechas, y que ahí se le dé un mayor impulso a la ejecución de estos Acuerdos.
Como le manifestaba ayer, nosotros reconocemos su visita como una visita que está tocando a los Países, a los Pueblos más comprometidos en la lucha por la defensa de la Soberanía y de la Integración de América Latina y el Caribe.
Su visita a Venezuela marca claramente un camino. O sea, el Presidente Chávez, un Luchador Revolucionario, Solidario, que le dio un gran impulso a la Unidad y la Cooperación con nuestros Pueblos; una batalla que, enfrentados siempre a la agresividad del Imperialismo, a las conspiraciones del Imperialismo, a los Golpes de Estado, como el que dieron contra Chávez, y el Pueblo lo rescató después del Golpe de Estado. Y luego el intento de asesinato del Presidente Nicolás Maduro.
Luego el recrudecimiento de las sanciones en contra de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, el robo que los Gobernantes norteamericanos y Gobiernos europeos le han hecho al Pueblo venezolano, robándole bienes que son del Estado venezolano. Y como usted mencionaba, el bloqueo, un bloqueo brutal, total, contra Venezuela, para no permitirle ni siquiera extraer su propia riqueza, donde la Solidaridad valiente, suya, del Pueblo de Irán, ha acompañado la lucha por ese Derecho legítimo del Pueblo venezolano.
Ahora se dirigirá a Cuba, un Pueblo Heroico, una Revolución Heroica, bloqueada ya por más de 60 años, pero resistiendo al Imperialismo.
Es decir, Usted en esta ocasión ha venido a manifestar su Solidaridad con Pueblos Heroicos, Luchadores, Valientes, como el Pueblo venezolano, el Pueblo de Bolívar; el Pueblo cubano, el Pueblo de Martí, el Pueblo de Fidel, el Pueblo de Raúl, ahora con el Presidente Díaz-Canel al frente; y el Pueblo nicaragüense, donde el Pueblo es Presidente.
Así es que, gracias Querido Hermano Presidente, gracias a su Pueblo, Heroico, Valiente, gracias a sus Héroes, a sus Mártires, que hoy estrechan una vez más la amistad, las relaciones entre Pueblos Revolucionarios: Irán, Venezuela, Cuba y Nicaragua.
Llévele nuestro Saludos, nuestro Cariño, nuestro Respeto al Ayatolá, igualmente al Pueblo de Irán, a las Familias iraníes, y a su Familia en particular. Muchas gracias.

Me alegra mucho estar aquí el día de hoy en América Latina y en el País Hermano Nicaragua.
Agradezco la invitación del Excelentísimo Presidente Daniel Ortega, y agradezco también por su invitación, y mis saludos y respetos al Pueblo Heroico y cariñoso de Nicaragua. Y rindo mi Homenaje y Respeto a los Héroes Nacionales de América Latina, sobre todo de Nicaragua.
En la Política Exterior de la República Islámica de Irán, siempre ha sido una política central la relación con los Países Independientes, y en esta misma línea se ha realizado mi visita aquí a América Latina, a los Países Independientes de la Región.
La voluntad del Pueblo y de los Pueblos del Mundo siempre es respetada por nosotros, y creemos que si la voluntad de los Pueblos está dominante en el Mundo, se tome en consideración en el Mundo, y el Imperialismo deje su autocracia, su dominio, y permita que la voluntad de los Pueblos domine el Mundo; las condiciones de Vida en todo el Planeta serían mucho más diferente de lo que es actualmente.
Pero, desafortunadamente, hoy día en el Mundo está gobernando un Sistema, un Orden que es injusto, y el Imperialismo por haberse olvidado de Dios y haberse olvidado de la Identidad de los Pueblos, está oprimiendo a los demás Pueblos y está obstaculizando el cumplimiento de la voluntad de los Pueblos.
Todas las injusticias que actualmente en el Mundo se pueden observar, es por haber hecho caso omiso a la Voluntad de Dios y a los Principios de Justicia en el Orden actual Mundial y a la Conciencia de los Pueblos. Intervenciones militares y también las amenazas y sanciones son sus medidas que usan para presionar a las Naciones.
Pero la resistencia de los Pueblos y la búsqueda de la Independencia y la Libertad los neutraliza y los hace retirarse y retroceder. Esa es la realidad que hoy día se ha cumplido aquí en América Latina y en muchos Países de esta Región, a través de la Resistencia de los Pueblos se ha rechazado las intervenciones del Imperialismo y las exigencias ilegítimas de Estados Unidos.
Sin duda alguna, el Nuevo Orden Mundial se establecerá a favor de los Países resistentes y los Países Independientes. La relación entre los Países Independientes y aprovechar sus capacidades mutuas es sumamente importante.
La Unidad y la Integración entre los Países de América Latina con otras Regiones del Mundo ayudarían, tanto para consolidar la integración, y asimismo neutralizar las sanciones.
Nuestros Compañeros con sus Compañeros, Presidente Ortega, han tenido conversaciones y han llegado a unos Acuerdos para definir el tipo de los intercambios de capacidades que tendríamos para elevar el nivel de intercambio y cooperación entre ambos Países.
Los más importantes Acuerdos son en materia de intercambio y cooperación comercial y económica. También se han logrado Acuerdos para intercambios de experiencias en materia de Ciencia y Tecnología.
La República Islámica de Irán a pesar de todas las sanciones y amenazas, ha logrado grandes avances en materia tecnológica y científica, por lo tanto, hoy día se puede llamar a Irán un País avanzado y tecnológico.
Nosotros tenemos la disposición de compartir nuestras experiencias con nuestros Países Amigos y Hermanos. Por lo tanto, una de las áreas importantes de cooperación entre Irán y Nicaragua, son áreas de Ciencia y Tecnología.
Una de las áreas de cooperación que nosotros hemos definido con los Países Amigos, también con nuestros vecinos y Países de la Región, es la exportación de los servicios técnicos y de ingeniería. Nuestros expertos, experimentados y hábiles, son capaces de ayudar a solucionar los asuntos que requieren experticia técnica en los Países Amigos, y esta también es una de las áreas en que podemos trabajar con Nicaragua.
El área de Salud y Servicios Médicos es una de las áreas importantes también en la que hemos realizado Acuerdos para cooperar. Hemos dado gigantescos pasos en la República Islámica de Irán en materia de Salud, hemos tenido excelentes experiencias en esta materia; tenemos Personal bien adiestrado y entrenado en esta materia, sobre todo en el tema farmacéutico, y creemos que esta también puede ser una de las áreas en que tendríamos muy buenas cooperaciones e intercambios.
Quisiéramos agradecer al Presidente Daniel Ortega, a la Vicepresidenta, a todas las Autoridades y a la Delegación nicaragüense por su gentileza, cálida hospitalidad y recibimiento. Y aprovecho para invitarle a visitar Teherán, a Irán, para que pueda conocer de cerca nuestro País y hacer visitas a nuestros centros y lugares más importantes, sobre todo sitios relacionados con Ciencia y Tecnología.
Para el Presidente Ortega y el resistente Pueblo de Nicaragua, les deseo salud y mucho éxito. Y pido a Dios Todopoderoso, los mejores éxitos y logros para el resistente y noble Pueblo de Nicaragua. Muchas gracias.

Dios ha de querer que visitemos nuevamente Irán. Usted sabe que tuvimos el privilegio de estar en Irán en el año 2007, tuvimos la oportunidad de rendirle Homenaje en el Mausoleo al Ayatola Jomeini, Fundador de la República de Irán. Luego, nuestros encuentros con la población, con las Autoridades iraníes, fueron realmente Encuentros de Amistad, Encuentros de Pueblos Hermanos, y estamos seguros que esta no será la última visita suya a Nicaragua, y nosotros pronto estaremos allá en Irán. Bueno, van para el Aeropuerto, me imagino.

In the meetings that you held this morning, institutional representatives addressed the issues that we had on the agenda that we discussed yesterday, and I want to emphasize that we recognize the willingness on your part, on the part of the People of Iran, to strengthen relations with Nicaragua. All the issues we discussed last night were items on the agenda of the bilateral meetings today, and as a result we encountered your willingness, Iran’s willingness, to make progress on all these issues, to make progress on all these points.
This has allowed agreement on three basic memorandums: The first Memorandum of Understanding, which is the Basic Memorandum of these steps which we will continue developing, is one that has to do with the creation of the Intergovernmental Joint Commission for economic, commercial cooperation and scientific-technical exchange between the Governments of the Republic of Nicaragua and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
A second Memorandum that has already been agreed, has already been signed, is one that has to do with the matter of the Judicial Powers, that is, of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Islamic Republic of Iran and of Nicaragua.
And a third Memorandum has to do with medicines, equipment and medical supplies for laboratories and pharmaceuticals, between the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Nicaragua.
Here we are talking about an agenda that involves the creation of the Joint Commission between Iran and Nicaragua, with a route that is the rapprochement of our Peoples, of our Institutions, for the benefit of development in the economic field, in the commercial field, in scientific-technical exchange and so on. That is, they are very sensitive issues for Families, for the People, for Workers, for Development.
A formal note was also worked out to exchange information and to mark out a path that will allow us to establish relations between Iran and Nicaragua within the framework of a Free Trade Agreement.
Well, here we are talking now about a result of this visit of yours, which of course encourages and strengthens relations between our Peoples and Governments.
Another issue that we discussed last night, with you and your Ministers, one that has also been discussed today, and these are issues that will have to be further developed, such that we have a visit pending to Iran by our representatives on those issues, to give continuity, creating the conditions allowing agreements to be executed.
We are and remain totally clear, on these points, that there is every willingness on Iran’s part that we make our way in favor of the issues that are raised, but we have to create the conditions enabling these agreements to be executed. And this is why it the expectation of a delegation from Nicaragua to address these issues there in Iran was raised in the committees.
So we should be ready to send the delegation as soon as we have firm dates, agreed upon dates, so there will be greater impetus for the implementation of these Agreements.
As I told you yesterday, we recognize your visit as one reaching out to those countries, those Peoples most committed to the struggle in defense of the Sovereignty and Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Your visit to Venezuela clearly marks a path. That is to say, President Chávez, a Revolutionary, committed to Solidarity, a Fighter, who gave a great impulse to unity and cooperation between our Peoples; a struggle confronted always by imperialist aggression, the conspiracies of Imperialism, their coups d’etat, such as the one they mounted against Chávez, and the People rescued him after that coup d’etat. And then the attempted assassination of President Nicolás Maduro.
Then the intensification of sanctions against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the theft that the North American rulers and European governments have committed against the Venezuelan people, stealing patrimony belonging to the Venezuelan State. And as you mentioned, the blockade, a brutal, total blockade, against Venezuela, not even allowing it to extract its own wealth, where your courageous Solidarity, that of the People of Iran, has accompanied the struggle for the legitimate rights of the Venezuelan people.
Now you will head to Cuba, a Heroic People, a Heroic Revolution, now under blockade for more than 60 years, but still resisting Imperialism.
That is to say, on this occasion you have come to show your Solidarity with heroic, combative, courageous Peoples, such as the Venezuelan People, the People of Bolívar; the Cuban People, the People of Martí, the People of Fidel, the People of Raúl, now with President Díaz-Canel at the helm; and the Nicaraguan People, where the People is President.
So, thank you, beloved Brother President, thank you to your heroic, courageous People, thank you to your Heroes, to your Martyrs, today once again strengthening friendship and relations between Revolutionary Peoples: Iran, Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua.
Carry our greetings, our affection, our respect to the Ayatollah, also to the People of Iran, to Iran’s families, and to his family in particular. Thank you very much.

In the Name of Allah, may Allah’s Peace be upon His Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon Him and his Family.
I am very glad to be here today in Latin America and in the sister country of Nicaragua.
I am grateful for the invitation of His Excellency President Daniel Ortega, and I am also grateful for this invitation, and my greetings and respects to the Heroic and loving People of Nicaragua. And I pay tribute and respect to the National Heroes of Latin America, especially of Nicaragua.
In the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the relationship with independent countries has always been central, and my visit here to Latin America, to the independent countries of the region, has been along the same lines.
The will of the People, of the Peoples of the World is always respected by us, and we believe that if the will of the People predominates in the World, is taken into consideration in the World, and Imperialism sets aside its autocracy, its efforts to rule, and allows the will of the People to predominate in the World; then living conditions for the whole Planet would be very different than they currently are.
But, unfortunately, today a system rules the World, an unjust Order, Imperialism, because it has forgotten God and forgotten the Identity of the Peoples, it oppresses other Peoples and hinders the fulfillment of the will of the Peoples.
All the injustices that can be observed in the world today are due to having ignored the Will of God and the Principles of Justice and of the Consciousness of Peoples in the current World Order. Military interventions threats and coercive measures are the means they use to put nations under pressure.
But the resistance of Peoples and the striving for Independence and Freedom neutralizes them and makes them retreat and fall back. That is the reality that has come about today here in Latin America and in many countries of this region, through the resistance of Peoples, imperialist interventions and the illegitimate demands of the United States have been rejected.
Without a doubt, the New World Order will be established favoring countries that resist and countries that are independent. The relationship between independent countries and leveraging their joint capabilities is extremely important.
Unity and Integration between the countries of Latin America and other regions of the World would help, not only to consolidate integration but also to neutralize coercive measures.
Our compañer@s and your compañer@s, President Ortega, have had conversations and have reached agreements defining the kinds of exchanges of capacity we need to have in order to raise the level of exchange and cooperation between both countries.
The most important agreements are in the field of trade and economic exchange and cooperation. Agreements have also been reached to exchange experiences in the field of science and technology.
The Islamic Republic of Iran despite all the coercive measures and threats, has achieved great advances in technological and scientific matters, therefore, today Iran can be called an advanced technological country.
We are ready to share our experiences with friendly and fraternal countries. Therefore, among the important areas of cooperation between Iran and Nicaragua are the areas of science and technology.
One of the areas of cooperation that we have defined with friendly countries, also with our neighbors and countries in the region, is the export of technical and engineering services. Our experienced and skilled experts are able to help solve issues that require technical expertise in friendly countries, and this is also one of the areas in which we can work with Nicaragua.
The area of health and medical services is one of the important areas in which we have also made agreements to cooperate. We have made gigantic strides in the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of health care, we have had excellent experiences in this field; we have well-trained and expert personnel in this field, especially in the pharmaceutical field, and we believe that this can also be one of the areas in which we can have very good cooperation and exchanges.
We would like to thank President Daniel Ortega, the Vice President, all the authorities and the Nicaraguan delegation for their kindness, warm hospitality and welcome. And I take this opportunity to invite you to visit Tehran, Iran, so that you can get to know our country up close and make visits to our most important centers and places, especially sites related to science and technology.
To President Ortega and the resilient people of Nicaragua, I wish you health and much success. And I pray to Almighty God, for the best successes and achievements for the Nicaragua’s resilient and noble People. Thank you very much.

God wants us to visit Iran again. You know that we had the privilege of being in Iran in 2007, we had the opportunity to pay tribute to Ayatollah Khomeini, founder of the Republic of Iran, at the Mausoleum. Then, our meetings with the population, with the Iranian authorities, were really meetings of Friendship, meetings of Fraternal Peoples, and we are sure that this will not be your last visit to Nicaragua, and we will soon be there in Iran. Well, you’re going to the airport, I imagine.
