Cuando uno recibe tanta Fuerza, como la que recibimos en cada uno de estos Actos que de hecho son un Homenaje al Pueblo Heroico de Nicaragua, uno se conmueve, pero se fortalece sobre todo porque és Fuerza. Aquí nos ilumina un Sol que no declina, y eso lo sabemos y lo sentimos, y vivimos y vibramos con la Fuerza, la Fortaleza de ese Sol… El Sol que no declina !
Cuánto Espíritu en cada una de estas expresiones de la Gallardía, de la Valentía y del Amor de nuestro Pueblo…! Imagínense, 47 Compañer@s allá en Siuna, en Bonanza, en Rosita, y esa és una parte, porque continuamente atacaron esas Comunidades, esos Barrios, y la respuesta fue la misma : No Pudieron Pasar, como No Podrán Pasar Jamás !
Esta és una Nicaragua que está Bendecida por esa Heroica entrega de tant@s nicaragüenses que han dado la Vida, Pecho al Sol, para decir : Aquí estamos, y no nos moverán ! Como no nos han movido a lo largo de los años, de defensa de la Soberanía, de defensa de la Dignidad, de defensa de la Alegría, de defensa de los Derechos, de defensa de la Paz.
Cuando hablamos de la Soberanía, de la Dignidad, de los Derechos, hablamos del Derecho del Pueblo nicaragüense a Vivir Bien, a trabajar seguros, a estar tranquilos, en las Comunidades, en los Barrios, en los Hogares, y a trabajar para prosperar.
Y es lo que vamos logrando, pero ahí está, o mejor dicho, y lo vamos logrando porque ahí está la Fuerza de cada nicaragüense que ha dado lo mejor de sí mismo, para que vivamos como merecemos vivir, y para que la Juventud pueda realizar sus sueños, y para que l@s Niñ@s tengan Esperanza, y para que las Mujeres tengamos Derechos Plenos; seamos Tod@s Protagonistas de nuestro Destino.
Este és un País de Héroes, el Pueblo entero és Heroico…! Unos cuantos serviles están donde tienen que estar : Fuera de aquí ! Pero la mayoría del Pueblo nicaragüense tiene la raíz en esta Tierra que florece, que fructifica. Somos nicaragüenses, orgullosos de ser nicaragüenses y orgullosos de aprender cada día a convivir, a compartir, y a ser más solidarios, más íntegros, más enteros, con todos nuestros Derechos, y sobre todo sabiendo que esta Tierra és nuestra, que este Destino nos pertenece, el Destino de ser prósperos, de progresar, y de sentirnos tranquilos en nuestra propia Tierra, así decía Sandino. Y el que no reclama ese Derecho cómo puede sentirse nicaragüense ?
Días bonitos los que estamos viviendo, Navidades, Fin de Año, y la Esperanza de un Año que és cada vez Mejor además, un Tiempo que és cada vez Mejor, porque lo hacemos mejor entre Tod@s, y por el Bien de Tod@s. Y Actos de nuestra Policía, de nuestro Ejército, a tod@s nos hacen sentir cada vez más conscientes del orgullo que tenemos, de contar con estos Destacamentos que vienen del Pueblo, y de un Pueblo Libre y un Pueblo que ha dado todo para vivir tranquilos, vivir seguros, para vivir avanzando.
Y bueno, todos los días también decimos : Gracias Padre ! Al Padre Celestial, a nuestra Madre María, Gracias, porque con esa Luz Interior és que avanzamos, con esa capacidad para vernos y sentirnos Herman@s, Familias, con esa capacidad para reconocernos como Seres Plenos y Seres Solidari@s. La Solidaridad és la base también de nuestro Futuro Mejor.
Así es que hoy estamos aquí celebrando a tant@s Compañer@s que se gradúan, celebrando que tenemos 19 Comisionados Generales, Mujeres y Hombres, celebrando que la Policía va avanzando en Equidad de Género.
Hemos tenido a la Comandante Doris Tijerino como Jefa de la Policía, en algún momento, y cuánto debemos a tantas Mujeres Heroicas, como la Doris, como la Gladys, y como tantas que dieron la Vida y que nos iluminan, como Soles que no declinan.
Policía, Ejército y un Pueblo que sabe vigilar además; la Comunidad és Protagonista de la Seguridad también, por supuesto que los Cuerpos Especializados, como la Policía y el Ejército cumplen sus funciones, pero la Familia és Protagonistas también de la Seguridad.
La próxima semana, el día 27, celebrando una Acción Heroica de hace cuánto años, en el 74 fue, no tengo la capacidad de contar ahorita, pero creo que son 49 años y me disculpan si me equivoco. Vamos a estar realizando el Acto de Cierre de Año del Ministerio de Gobernación, vamos a estar con l@s Compañer@s de Migración, l@s Compañer@s Bomber@s, que ahora tenemos
Estaciones de Bomberos en todo el País, Gracias a Dios, como tenemos Comisarías de la Mujer hasta más de 3 en los Municipios.
Comisarías de la Mujer, Estaciones de Bomberos Unidos, y también el Sistema Penitenciario… Pasado mañana, el Viernes 22 van estar 2,200 Personas reuniéndose con sus Familias después de un periodo en el que también han aprendido, porque en el Sistema Penitenciario hay Cursos de todo tipo, desde Alfabetización hasta Bachilleres, hasta Técnicos que van graduándose para contribuir a sus Familias de mejor forma. Entonces, un Fin de Año lleno de Vitalidad.
Celebramos también la inauguración de otro Centro Cultural que llevará el nombre del Magnífico Tino López Guerra, autor de tantas canciones emblemáticas.
Nos sentimos orgullos@s de cada uno de estos logros, de todos los Centros Técnicos, de todas las Escuelas, las Universidades en el Campo. Son Proyectos únicos de Protagonismo de las Familias. Y aquí todos los Triunfos son del Pueblo, esos son Triunfos del Pueblo nicaragüense que quiere Vivir Mejor, y que quiere, además, tener ese Futuro de Prosperidad que meremos.
Así que, Felicitaciones a tod@s l@s Graduand@s, sus Familias, sus Comunidades, a l@s Comisionad@s Generales, a la Policía Nacional en general. Y Felicitaciones a todo nuestro Pueblo, porque cada día avanzamos, cada día caminamos, y desde la Fé que tenemos en el Padre Celestial, sabemos que cada día y cada Tiempo venidero será Mejor. Un Abrazo Grande a tod@s, Compañer@s. Gracias.

When one receives so much Strength, as we receive in each of these Events that are in fact a Tribute to the Heroic People of Nicaragua, one is moved, but one is strengthened above all because it is truly Strength. Here we are illuminated by a Sun that does not set, and we know and feel that, and we live and vibrate with the Strength, the Strength of that Sun… The sun that does not set!
How much Spirit in each of these expressions of the Gallantry, Bravery and Love of our People…! Imagine, 47 Compañer@s there in Siuna, in Bonanza, in Rosita, and that is just one moment, because they continuously attacked all those Communities, those Neighborhoods, and the response was the same: They Could Not Pass, as They Will Never Be Able to Pass!
This is a Nicaragua that is blessed by that Heroic dedication of so many Nicaraguans who have given their Lives, their Hearts to the Sun, to say: Here we are, and the enemy will not move us! As they have not moved us over the years, in our defense of Sovereignty, our defense of Dignity, our defense of Joy, our defense of Rights, our defense of Peace.
When we talk about Sovereignty, Dignity, Rights, we are talking about the Right of the Nicaraguan People to Live Well, to work safely, to be tranquil, in our Communities, in our Neighborhoods, in our Homes, and to work so as to prosper.
And that is what we are achieving, and there it is, or rather, we are achieving it thanks to the Strength of every Nicaraguan who has given the best of themselves, so that we can live as we deserve to live, and so that our Young People can realize their dreams, so that Children can have Hope, and so that Women have Full Rights; allowing us all to be Protagonists of our Destiny
This is a country of Heroes, the whole people are Heroic…! A few sell-outs are where they need to be: Out of here! But the majority of the Nicaraguan people have their roots in this land that flourishes and bears fruit. We are Nicaraguans, proud to be Nicaraguans and proud to learn every day to live together, to share, and to be more supportive, more integral, more whole, with all our Rights, and above all knowing that this Land is ours, that this Destiny belongs to us, the Destiny to be prosperous, to progress, and to be at peace in our own land, that’s what Sandino said. And those who do not advance that Right, how can they feel Nicaraguan?
The beautiful days we are living, Christmas, the End of the Year, and the Hope for a Year that is getting Better and Better, also, a Time that is getting Better, because Everyone is doing better, and for the Sake of Everyone. And these events of our Police, our Army, make all of us feel more and more aware of the pride we have, of having these Units that come from the People, from a Free People, a People that has given everything so as to live peacefully, to live securely, to live moving ahead.
And well, too, every day we also say: Thank you Father! To the Heavenly Father, to our Mother Mary, Thank you, because it is with that Inner Light that we advance, with that ability to see and feel ourselves as Brothers and Sisters, Families, with that ability to recognize ourselves as Full Beings and Beings of Solidarity. Solidarity which is also the basis of our Better Future.
And so today we are here celebrating so many Compañeros and Compañeras who are graduating, celebrating too that we now have another 19 General Commissioners, both Women and Men, celebrating that the Police are making progress in Gender Equality.
We have already had Comandante Doris Tijerino as Head of the Police, at an earlier point, and how much we owe to so many Heroic Women, like Doris, like Gladys, and like so many who gave their Lives and who enlighten us, like so many Suns that do not set.
The Police, the Army and a People that knows how to keep alert; because the Community is also the Protagonist of our Security, of course Specialized Bodies such as the Police and the Army fulfill their functions, but the Family is also the Protagonist of Security.
Next week, on the 27th, celebrating a Heroic Action of so many years ago, in 1974 it was, I can’t remember right now, but I think it’s 49 years and you’ll excuse me if I’m wrong. We are going to have the Closing Ceremony of the Year of the Ministry of the Interior, we are going to be with the Compañer@s of Migration, the Compañer@s Firefighters, who now have Fire Stations all over the country, thanks be to God, just as we have Women’s Police Units, over three in many Municipalities.
Women’s Commissariats, United Firefighting Stations, and also the Prison System… In fact, the day after tomorrow, on Friday the 22nd, 2,200 People will be reuniting with their Families after a period in prison in which they have also followed their education, because in the Prison System there are Courses of all kinds, from Literacy to High School Graduates, to Technicians who are graduating to contribute to their Families in a better way. So, they will be a New Year’s Eve full of Vitality.
We also celebrate the inauguration of another Cultural Center that will be named after the Magnificent Tino López Guerra, author of so many emblematic songs.
We are proud of each of these achievements, of all the Technical Centers, of all the Rural Schools, Rural Universities. They are unique Projects enabling the Protagonism of our Families. And here all the Triumphs are of the People, they are the Triumphs of the Nicaraguan People who want to Live a Better Life, and who also want to have that Future of Prosperity that we all deserve.
So, Congratulations to all the Graduates, their Families, their Communities, the Commissioner Generals, all the National Police. And Congratulations to all our People, because every day we advance, every day we make our way ahead, and from the Faith we have in the Heavenly Father, we know that every day and every Time to come will be Better.
