En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 42 Aniversario de la Independencia, este próximo 27 de Octubre, nos enorgullece expresar nuestras más cálidas y sinceras felicitaciones a Usted y al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de San Vicente y las Granadinas.
En esta fecha
tan importante, reconocemos el perdurable Legado de Valentía
del Héroe Nacional,
Joseph Chatoyer, Líder Máximo de los Garífunas, que resistió
el colonialismo y luchó incansablemente por alcanzar la Libertad para su
Pueblo.
Querido Hermano Ralph,
Con el mayor sentido de Respeto, Compañerismo, Solidaridad y Común Identidad Caribeña, también ratificamos su liderazgo, valioso y decisivo, al frente de su Pueblo y Gobierno y a favor de todos los Pueblos de la Región del Gran Caribe.
Agradecemos la solidaridad fraterna y consistente del Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de San Vicente y las Granadinas con nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre, al reiterar, nuestro más firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Hermandad y Mutua Cooperación que nos unen en la lucha por la Paz, el Progreso y el Bienestar Nacionales y Regionales.

On the special occasion of commemorating the 42nd Anniversary of Independence, this coming 27th October, we are proud to express our warmest and most sincere congratulations to You and to the Brotherly People and Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
On this very important date, we recognize the enduring Legacy of Courage of your National Hero, Joseph Chatoyer, Paramount Chief of the Garifunas, who resisted colonialism and fought tirelessly to achieve Freedom for his People.

With a profound sense of Respect, Fraternity, Solidarity and Common Caribbean Identity, we also recognize your valuable and decisive leadership ahead of your People and Government, and in favor of all the Peoples of the Greater Caribbean Region.
