El fascismo como doctrina maligna ha buscado liquidar la fortaleza y la fuerza del espíritu humano, sin lograrlo, por supuesto.
El fascismo se ha ensañado en millones de personas que han sido abusadas, despojadas de su dignidad y su vida, en el absurdo y demoniaco afán de perpetuar una funesta doctrina de dominación.
El fascismo representa los desvalores satánicos de los peores demonios, que han propiciado la oscurana, la destrucción, la muerte por suplicio y genocidios, en una subcultura de exterminio de la luz, las luces, la espiritualidad, y la conciencia.
Y esa malignidad se ha originado, o ha penetrado, hasta las religiones, que en nombre de los sacrosantos símbolos de la fe, han pervertido su razón de ser, y se han abanderado como ejércitos de la oscuridad, como armadas diabólicas, burlando los esplendores de las civilizaciones y de la raza humana.
El fascismo tiene nombre y apellido según los tiempos. El pretendido dominio colonial, neocolonial, imperial e imperialista, fue y es puro fascismo. Apagó o quiso apagar la fuerza de las lenguas nativas, de los rituales, magia y tradiciones de las culturas propias; pretendió separarnos de nuestras deidades, e imponernos las prácticas infernales que les son propias, conquistando almas, y sepultando cuerpos.
El fascismo hoy se manifiesta en absurdas guerras de agresión en tantas partes del mundo, donde desde un modelo insolente, devaluante, propio de la ignorancia y la maldad, siguen pretendiendo alejarnos de nuestras potentes identidades, valores y costumbres, intentando el despojo de nuestro ser, para lanzarnos en llamas de avaricia y poder omnímodo, como los más vulgares y ruines esperpentos de toda la historia de la humanidad.
El fascismo hoy adquiere nuevos lenguajes de guerras tecnológicas y de control cultural e informativo, para silenciar nuestras voces y extender sus pérfidos dominios incinerando nuevamente culturas, creencias, capacidades, y potencial inteligente.
Como familia humana vivimos momentos definitorios… Somos seres de lucha, de coraje, de honor. Nuestra determinación, nuestra decisión, nuestra definición invariable es valentía para vencer y vivir. Para aplacar infiernos y abrir horizontes.
Encuentros como este nos permiten unirnos más, reunir afinidades, reunir hermandades, solidaridades y voluntades, reunirnos para proclamar que somos seres espirituales extraordinarios, dignos, inspirados y ejemplares combatientes del presente, y el futuro de patria y humanidad.
Frente al fascismo criminal, frente a todos los intentos de subyugar, dominar y despojar, los pueblos nos alzamos, y sabemos que siempre más allá, en unión para triunfar, prevaleceremos entre grandes combates de una hermandad que suma, que construye, que quiere, que exige, que demanda paz y bien. Justicia y Verdad !
Vencemos y venceremos, compañer@s, camaradas, hermanos…! La patria, que somos tod@s, vive también magníficos tiempos de heroísmo y fe. La patria, el honor, el vigor, el valor y la gloria son inmortales ! La patria, “Paraíso de toda la humanidad”. Es la victoria !
Abracémonos tod@s
en la lucha final
y se alcen los pueblos con valor
con las banderas de un mundo justo,
solidario y mejor !

Fascism as an evil doctrine has always sought to destroy the Force and Strength of the Human Spirit, without ever achieving it, of course.
Fascism has wreaked its fury against millions of people who have been abused, stripped of their Dignity and their Life, in the irrational, demonic effort to perpetuate an ill-fated doctrine of domination.
Fascism represents the satanic anti-values of the very worst demons, which have led to darkness, destruction, death by torture and genocide, by means of a subculture of extermination of Light, Illumination, Spirituality, and Consciousness.
And this malignancy has originated, or has subverted, even Religions, which by abusing the name of the Sacrosanct Symbols of Faith, have perverted their reason for being, and have taken up the banners of Armies of Darkness, Diabolical Armies, in a mockery of the splendors of Civilizations and the Human Race.
Fascism has a name and a surname depending on the Era. The so-called colonial, neocolonial, imperial and imperialist domination was and is pure Fascism. It snuffed out or wanted to snuff out the Power of Native Languages, of the Rituals, Magic and Traditions of our Peoples’ own Cultures; trying to separate us from our Deities, and impose on us their own infernal practices, looting our Souls as they buried our Bodies.
Fascism today manifests itself in irrational wars of aggression in so many parts of the World, where by means of a contemptuous, derogatory Model, so typical of ignorance and evil, they continue trying to separate us from our powerful Identities, Values and Customs, trying to dispossess our very Being, launching us into flames of greed and all-encompassing power, as the most base and dastardly monstrosities have done throughout Humanity’s entire history.
Today, Fascism adopts the new languages of technological warfare and cultural and informational control, to silence our voices and extend its perfidious domain by once more incinerating Cultures, Beliefs, Abilities, and Intelligent Potential.
As a human family we are living through defining moments… We are Beings of Struggle, of Courage, of Honor. Our determination, our decision, our invariable definition is Courage to Overcome and to Live. To suppress the infernal and to open up horizons.
Congresses like this one allow us to unite more, to gather together our affinities, gather together our Brother and Sisterhood, our Solidarity and Will, gather together to proclaim that we are Extraordinary Spiritual Beings, Dignified, Inspired and Exemplary Combatants of the Present and Future of our Nations and of Humanity.
Confronting criminal Fascism, confronting all the attempts to subjugate, dominate and dispossess us, our Peoples rise up, knowing that Always Further On, United for Triumph, we will prevail through Great Battles of Brother and Sisterhood that includes, that builds, that wants, insists on and demands Peace and Goodness, Justice and Truth!
We overcome and We will overcome, Compañeros and Compañeras, Comrades, Brothers and Sisters…! The Patriotic Nation, which is all of us, is also living Magnificent Moments of Heroism and Faith. Nationhood, Honor, Vigor, Courage and Glory are Immortal! The Patriotic Nation “A Paradise for all Mankind”. That is the Victory !
Let us embrace one other
in the Final Struggle
and let our Peoples rise up with Courage
with the Banners of a Just World,
of Solidarity and the Greater Good !
