Estimado Presidente,
En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 201 Aniversario de la Declaración de la Independencia, este próximo 28 de Julio, nos enorgullece expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República del Perú.
En esta fecha histórica que celebra el Heroísmo y la Valentía de Túpac Amaru, José de San Martín, Simón Bolívar y de tantos otros Hermanos y Hermanas que lucharon para hacer realidad el Sueño de la Libertad por encima del colonialismo; reiteramos nuestro invariable compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Históricos de Cooperación y Solidaridad Fraterna que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos y nuestra firme determinación de avanzar hacia una mayor Unidad e Integración Regional, meta impostergable e irrenunciable en la Lucha por la Paz, Prosperidad y Buen Vivir de los Pueblos de Nuestramérica Latina y Caribeña.
Con el inmenso cariño y respeto del Pueblo nicaragüense para el Hermano Pueblo del Perú.

On the special occasion of commemorating the 201ST Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this coming 28TH July, we proudly express, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, our most Sincere Congratulations to You, Your Government and the Brotherly People of the Republic of Peru.
On this historic date that celebrates the Heroism and Courage of Túpac Amaru, José de San Martín, Simón Bolívar and so many other Brothers and Sisters who fought to make the Dream of Freedom over colonialism a reality, we reiterate our unwavering commitment to continue strengthening the Historic Bonds of Cooperation and Fraternal Solidarity that unite our Peoples and Governments and our firm determination to advance towards Greater Unity and Regional Integration, an urgent and immediate goal in the struggle for Peace, Prosperity and Wellbeing for the Peoples of Our Latin America and the Caribbean.
