Nicaragua ante la Sesión del Consejo Permanente de la OEA
PALABRAS DE NICARAGUA ANTE LA SESIÓN
DEL CONSEJO PERMANENTE DE LA OEA
8 DE DICIEMBRE, 2021
El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional y todo el Estado de nuestra Nicaragua Libre, Luminosa y Soberana, a nombre de nuestro Pueblo Digno, Luchador, Nunca Vencido, acudimos a este otro Evento Intervencionista de la OEA, uno más en su Historia despreciable, de ignominiosa,deshonrosa, desvergonzada y depravada entrega y sumisión al Imperialismo Norteamericano.
Acudimos por responsabilidad de Estado y de Gobierno, conscientes de que este és otro infame, malévolo y diabólico juego, de esta tan denunciada Organización, súbdita y satélite de los Estados
Unidos… Otro juego criminal como los que en distintos momentos han jugado, negando los Derechos de los Pueblos, y participando como cómplices, convocantes y protagonistas, de Golpes de Estado, Invasiones, Intervenciones, y otras maniobrasdestructivas y genocidas, promovidas por el Imperialismo norteamericano.
Estamos aquí para decir que Ni Nos Vendemos, Ni Nos Rendimos, como hemos dicho y hecho en todo momento.
Estamos aquí para decir que Somos Patria Libre, la Patria Honrosa y Gloriosa, de Rubén Darío,Príncipe de las Letras Castellanas; de Benjamín Zeledón y Augusto Sandino, Generales y Apóstoles de Mujeres y Hombres Libres, por Siempre Libres, en estas Tierras Sagradas.
Y estamos aquí para denunciar los crímenes, la abyección, la negación de todos los Instrumentos del Derecho Internacional y de todas las Cartas que deberían regir las Relaciones entre Seres Humanos, entre Familias y Comunidades, de este Mundo y este Continente.
En esto que llaman Sesión, és la OEA, “esa cosa fea”, la que está enjuiciada por todas sus tropelías, como enjuiciados están, por crímenes de lesa humanidad ante todos los Tribunales de los Pueblos, los Estados Unidos, sus jefes.
Este és otro momento que subraya la ínfima condición de lacayos y arrodillados de este Organismo que ha perdido toda legitimidad o credibilidad y que no cuenta con ningúnrespeto entre los Pueblos.
Las Posiciones de Nicaragua han estado y están claras, no somos colonia, no somos esclavos, no somos sirvientes de nadie; de ningún Imperio o de ningún Gobierno que se crea Potencia.
En esta Humanidad tan golpeada por sus propias carencias y excesos, nuestros énfasis, nuestras búsquedas, nuestras luchas deberían apuntar a resolver las Prioridades derivadas de la injusticia climática, de la injusticia económica,de la injusticia social, y de todas las calamidades,pecados y sacrilegios que el egoísmo, la codicia, la desmesura, la ambición, han generado a tantos Seres, convertidos en mendigos por las voracidades coloniales y neocoloniales.
Acusamos a la OEA, que no tiene autoridad moral para acusar a nadie, porque son, con Estados Unidos, en palabras de Sandino, “el antro donde se fabrican crímenes, tropelías y tropeles” contra todos los Derechos Humanos, Políticos, Económicos, Climáticos, Sociales, y contra las Libertades que nuestros Pueblos reclamamos y exigimos, cada vez con más fuerza y determinación.

REMARKS FROM NICARAGUA BEFORE THE SESSION
OF THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE OAS
8TH DECEMBER, 2021
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity and the entire State of Our Free, Luminous and Sovereign Nicaragua; on behalf of our Worthy, Fighting and Never Defeated People, attends yet another OAS Interventionist Event, one more in its despicable ignominious, dishonorable, shameless and depraved History of surrender and submission to North American Imperialism.
We are here out of responsibility of the State and Government, aware that this is another infamous, malicious and diabolical game of this much-denounced Organization, subject and satellite of the United States.
Another criminal game like the ones they have played at different times, denying the Rights of the Peoples, and participating as accomplices, conspirators and protagonists in Coups d’Etat, Invasions, Interventions and other destructive and genocidal maneuvers, promoted by North American Imperialism.
We are here to say that we neither sell ourselves, nor surrender, as we have said and done at all times.
We are here to say that WE ARE A FREE MOTHERLAND, the Honorable and Glorious Land of Rubén Darío, Prince of Castilian Letters; of Benjamín Zeledón and Augusto Sandino, Generals and Apostles of Free Women and Men, Forever Free, in these Sacred Lands.
And we are here to denounce the crimes, the abjection, the denial of all the Instruments of International Law and all the Letters that should govern the Relationships between Human Beings, between Families and Communities, of this World and this Continent.
In what is being called a Session, it is the OAS, “such an ugly thing,” which is being prosecuted for all its outrages, as the United States, its boss, that is being prosecuted, for crimes against humanity, before all the Courts of Peoples.
This is another moment that underlines the diminished condition of lackeys, that this Organization has lost all legitimacy or credibility and that does not have any respect among the Peoples.
The Positions of Nicaragua have been and continue to be clear, we are nobody’s colony, we are not slaves, we are not anyone’s servants; of no Empire and of no Government that considers itself a Power.
In this Humanity, so battered by its own deficiencies and excesses, our emphasis, our searches, our struggles should aim to resolve the Priorities derived from climate injustice, economic injustice, social injustice, and all calamities, sins and sacrileges that selfishness, greed, excesses, ambitions, have caused so many Beings, to be turned into beggars, by colonial and neocolonial voracities.
We accuse the OAS, which does not have the moral authority to accuse anyone, because they are, with the United States, in Sandino’s words , “the den where crimes, outrages and atrocities are fabricated” against all Human, Political, Economic, Climate and Social Rights, and against the Freedoms that our Peoples claim and demand, with ever increasing strength and determination.
Nicaragua is Free and will always be Free,
because it has Sons and Daughters,
who love Her!
